I had the exact opposite experience than what some others have posted. I must have tried on 30 frames and still no one approached me and asked if I needed a hand. They all stood behind the counter and just chatted with each other. When I finally approached them, it appeared as if I was doing them a disservice. Their knowledge in relation to my benefits seemed non existent, $50 towards ans $75 towards lenses. But my last 2 pair were purchased from Eastgate LensCrafters and i definitely did better than that. Just no effort went into trying to help me at all. There is a pearl vision in Limeridge, Go there instead.

Went to Walmart vision center to purchase contacts for my husband, I had empties of his contacts but they told me I couldn't buy them without his actual prescription. Not a big deal that's their rules. Brought the prescription in to purchase them, then the same girl told me they couldn't sell them to me they had to be fitted by their optromitis to sell the contacts. Even though we had the prescription and he was just fitted at another place a week prior. Absolutely just a money grab. They are usless there.

The staff and doctor were quite amazing. My four year old had to have his eyes checked and all around were amazing and helpful! Very patient and lovely! Highly recommend!

Visited the shop with my wife and kids and was met by Karen the owner. She really took her time to get us all glasses that fit us well and that were centered around our individual needs and personal style. Great service! Great Prices! Great selection! Would recommend!

The actual doctor was great, but the receptionist was playing candy crush when we came in. She had a tired and unprofessional demeanor. When I asked for a copy of my measurements, she brushed us off and said go to a eyeglass store - this right after paying 100 something for an eye exam. Had to walk past the lazy reception to ask the doctor himself- who was happy to provide the measurements. If you can get past the terrible reception, the doctor himself was fantastic. 2 stars off for the receptionist. Get a new one.

Pina is always friendly and a great help with finding glassess for my 12 year old son! She has the best selection for kids! We've been coming here for years!! Can't find a better warranty anywhere else!!

Easy to book an appointment and a great location. The whole eye exam was straight forward and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and informed me about all the tests and what they were for. Overall a pleasant experience

I popped in today for the first time to have my primary glasses AND my back ups repaired. The shop was busy but I was promptly greeted w a friendly helpful face and the repairs were made fast, effective and Free. Thank you, see you again soon. 😊
