Overall experience very unprofessional. Would not recommend

Today I had my first eye exam with Lucas Erhardt and I was very impressed. He really took the time to explain things and showed me images to help me understand what changes my eyes have undergone. I am a “visual” learner so that was extremely helpful. Typically I am nervous with any interventions with my eyes but Lucas put me at ease from the start. Their office and equippment are top notch so you know you are getting the best care along with his expertise. The office support staff are lovely. So accommodating in finding an appointment time that works best for you! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice! Already looking forward to my next visit in a year.

My glasses are now multiple weeks late. Today (after weeks of "they'll be ready by ___" which was never true) we were told we could come pick them up. But nope- only one of the two pairs. No offer to make it right or discount the not insignificant prices. I'm incredibly disappointed. Having said that, the pair I actually did receive seem nice and the staff and especially the optometrist when I initially went in were all very pleasant. Hopefully they'll improve their lab some day.

Second time there, first time Dr. Morin, this time I saw Dr. Nicole Hewitt, great professional, direct to the point and friendly. I can highly speak about her. Staff, again very caring and helpful. Highly recommended!

I recommend Debbie Mozelle to the people I know because it is an honest place. The employees are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very accomodating to me since as a mother with two children under my wings, I take up a lot of space. One employee even offered to hold my baby to make things easier. Lastly, I have called around and I found that Debbie Mozelle was the most economically priced. I took advantage of a free pair of frames with the very basic lenses and was not pressured to spend more money. Thank you. I also returned because I was finding my new lenses to be a bit funky, and they confirmed that one of the lenses did have a flaw and repaired it at no cost to me.

Nathan is fantastic! I have bought numerous pairs from him and he is completely understandable and reasonable with every purchase! I would highly recommend him and his team. I have been nothing more than STOKED when my new pair arrives. Even when theres an issue with my prescription, they're very quick to get it sorted. I am currently in BC from NYC. I had to get my eyes checked for a potential enhancement procedure following my laser eye surgery in 2007. I was referred to Denny Birring and I had an appointment with him in less than 24 hours . Upon arrival, I was met with friendly staff which started my testing immediately without any delay. Once the preliminary tests completed, I had the pleasure of meeting Denny who I heard so much about but met for the first time. He examined my eyes thoroughly, and went through all the pros and cons of my potential procedure. In sum, this was my best optometrist experience ever! From setting up the appointment, to getting phenomenal professional service, to having all my records emailed to me before leaving the store was AMAZING! Thank you Denny and the team for such a great experience - something I am told everyone gets and not just those that come via referrals. I have no hesitation in recommending Denny and the Iris Grandview Team!
