Optometrist

My benefit covers $65 towards an eye exam every two years. After the $65 was taken off I ended up paying $130 for the exam and this included a picture of my eyes. I would have been alright with this if it included the prescription for my contacts as well. Apparently you have to do a separate exam for contacts which cost an additional $45. Even though I had been wearing the same contacts for the passed 14 years and presented the box that has all the details, I had to pay this extra fee. The brand I was currently using has changed and will be discontinued soon (that's what I was told). I'm trying a new brand by the size is a little bigger than what I'm used to. My vision isn't as clear as I want it to be. I will be going back in a week to address this problem. Let's hope they can fix it....

Our whole family has been coming here for close to 20 years, it is a full-service optometrist, including vision checks, glasses, lenses and repair.

We heard a lot of good things about this clinic and although the location is a bit out of the way for us we felt the extra distance was well worth it. I appreciated the ample parking and found the office very clean and extremely high tech. The front desk staff were so friendly and the technicians were very professional with our initial scans. Dr. Costanzo saw us on time and was very patient and kind with my two young children. I found her exam very thorough and her explanations were professional and clear. Overall, she is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor - a great role model for my young daughters. The opticians were very helpful and were able to tell me what my insurance did and did not cover without me having to ask which allowed me to decide on glasses within my budget. The selection of designer glasses available at the clinic was very impressive and I found a gorgeous pair. Clearly, the good things we had heard about the clinic were definitely true. Our experience was a great one and we intend to remain patients for the long term.

I highly recommend Dr. Wong. She is professional, patient, positive and thorough. She took the time to listen to my feedback when ensuring my prescription was right for me rather than just relying on her instrumentation. I was so impressed with her care that I immediately made appointments for my young children as well. Optometric equipment combined with dark rooms can be intimidating to kids but mine had a blast with Dr. Wong. Again, she was cheerful and fun as well as thorough and professional and as a result my guys look forward to visits with her. I recommend Dr. Wong without reservation to patients of any age.

Visited this office for the first time. Dr. Fossey is very thorough, very informative, and the friendliest doctor I’ve ever met. The staff are very kind and friendly as well. They will go above and beyond for their patients. Such a warm and comfortable athmosphere overall in this office. Keep it up!

She is fabulous with my 3 year old daughter! I would suggest her to anyone and everyone for theirs and their children’s vision needs!

Don't come here between 1 - 2 if you want any service.. Only place I now that locks there doors to you for an hour lunch....
