Today I had a fabulous visit with Dr. Shah. He explained everything in great detail, and humoured my many questions. I will definitely be returning. A most pleasant experience.

They staff was super friendly, very quick, accommodating and gentle. Will for sure be found back!

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Roberti for annual checkups since she was about 2 years old (she's now 11) and she loves it! He is very nice and friendly, and great with kids. He is her favourite doctor and actually looks forward to going and having her eye checkup, she thinks it's fun! He has age appropriate eye charts, even for pre-readers, and makes it almost like a game. He is very thorough in his exams and checks all kinds of things. He also explains things well to parents, very informative and in an easy to understand manner. His office is conveniently located inside the Georgian Mall.

A fantastic practice that I have been going to for many years. Here is a doctor that really cares about you and not just revenue. He will take any and all the extra time to ensure that you are satisfied. From the initial exam, to the final result you will be satisfied. I don't write reviews, but Dr. Burstein has earned my trust and business for myself and my family, and I wouldn't choose another eye professional locally. You WONT be disappointed.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I originally called the wrong place but they offered me the same pair of glasses I wanted from the other location but for a better price. The man who helped me answered all my calls and called me back if I had any questions. Was done quickly and very efficiently! Definitely going to come back for my next pair, thank you!

I went to buy my safety glasses. The staff was friendly and well educated about their products. Got good deal on frame and lenses. Nice looking store. Will recommend to others for sure.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. They qoute extremely affordable prices for the frames and lenses and give complementary two year warranty. I would say its the best place to buy glasses in the town.

Sholud be 5 stars from me. This WAS such a great place, I have been willing to make the one hour drive for 10 years since I moved out of the area. But I bought my last pair of glasses less than a year ago, and they look like they have been through a war. I have been wearing corrective lenses for 54 years, I know how to look after them. Tobi informed me that it would be $80 to reface. Pretty shabby treatment for a customer of over 25 years.

I will be removing my family of 5 from this place. Yesterday my daughter and I had an eye exam and Dr. H. Safavian swung from being irritable and condescending following my questions and concerns. He even raised his voice at times but would then attempt to follow up by being sticky sweet. My teenager and I locked eyes as if to say "What the heck is wrong with this guy?" Sensing my frustration as we left the room, he called down the hall at us "So sorry! So sorry!" He clearly knew he was unprofessional and attempted to call out an apology at the end. We were just uncomfortable the entire time and won't be going back.

Happy with the service I received. However the range of glasses they offer in store is very limited

Mr. Klassen is extremely honest and very kind. I will always go out of my way to see him, even if there are closer optician's, because I know he will assist me in the best way that he can. He always makes excellent recommendations, and is up to date on the latest glasses trends and technologies. He will always tell you which frames suit your face shape the best.
