Optometrist

I am 71 years old and have had a lazy eye all my life. I have repeatedly asked opticians in the many visits I have made them if they have found a cure for Amblyopia and they've always said no. About a month ago, at a routine eye exam, I was told about Dr Kaplow so decided to make an appointment. I was given a test where I was shown a 3D fly picture and asked to pick it up by its wings. Couldn't do it. Dr Kaplow gave me a number of exercises to do on my computer and phone, (all on youtube) which I did for 20 minutes twice a day for a month. I went for a second exam today, and did the fly test again, and for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I HAD 3D VISION! It's not perfect, and the eye is weak, but its given me the encouragement to persevere with these exercises. This is the most exciting thing that has happened to me is years. Thank you! Dr. Shalu is a super eye Dr. Her office and staff are organized as well as the up to date equipment and expertise. I always feel that I get the best of care and a good honest opinion on my eye health and care. Keep up the wonderful job!

Very professional and extremely friendly. I've moved out the area but this is my eye place and I refuse to go anywhere else. I don't remember how long I've been a customer. But I've gotten contacts and glasses from here on multiple occasions. Rarely do you see a business with so many stars but trust and believe they've earned them.

Today I visited Trend Eye Care 2, and it was the best service I have received in a Vision Center. I walked in and received the ultimate welcome with smiles and determination to assist me. Malik answered all my questions, when I called in for walk-in information. Wanda and Latoya helped me with problems I had with my insurance that could have affected my visit, by giving an healthy amount of guidance to fixing the problem. They both also help me pick out some frames and as well as helping me explore my options within the wide selection of frames offered. Dr. Tahir was very informative with my visit, defining terms about my eye care that I did not know before. Overall I am pleased with my annual eye exam visit and will return!

Our family travels all the way from Vaughan to see Dr. Sciberras. Why? He's professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely has my family's best interests at heart. We've been seeing him for years and will continue to do so. The office staff is friendly and the clinic always has a diverse selection of updated and stylish glasses to choose from.

Worst experience ever. The optometrist kept giving the wrong axis. After the third set of making glasses because Simcoe optometry kept blaming hakim optical.. the optometrist realized she put down the wrong axis.. and finally I had a good pair of glasses made by hakim. Unfortunately hakim had to make 3 pairs because Simcoe optometry were blaming them, not the prescription. BUT When the prescription changed, the glasses were miraculously better. The customer service during this time was also horrid.

Excellent Care I had an emergency situation and they made me an immediate appointment. Dr. King and her staff are awesome!!! I couldn’t have asked for better care!
