I had an eye exam 12 yrs ago so i thought it was time for another. The staff understood my fear of their air puffing machine and were more than patient with me. I got my glasses in less than a week and the prescription was accurate. The frames are beautiful and were affordably priced. I would def recommend them.

Worst experience ever. The optometrist kept giving the wrong axis. After the third set of making glasses because Simcoe optometry kept blaming hakim optical.. the optometrist realized she put down the wrong axis.. and finally I had a good pair of glasses made by hakim. Unfortunately hakim had to make 3 pairs because Simcoe optometry were blaming them, not the prescription. BUT When the prescription changed, the glasses were miraculously better. The customer service during this time was also horrid.

an overwhelming selection of sunglasses, and something to fit every price range or budget. When we went, they had some offers that were pretty good too like two for one deals. The owner even looked into special order sunglasses for me but they weren't available by their supplier, but their service was friendly and patient while i was trying to find the sunglasses I wanted.
