Absolutely love this Optometrist office. They go above and beyond every time we have been in. Amber is outstanding, offering us glasses to take home and try on my daughter before purchasing. So helpful to have such great and knowledgeable people in our town.

Thank you to Dr Pond for the prompt, caring service. Dr Pond recognized a tear in my retina when I came in with new “floaters”. She made a call to the ivy eye institute and with in hours I had laser surgery to fix the issue and prevent further issues. She knows her stuff! I trust her with my vision completely.

I recently had my first appointment and was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and friendly staff at the office. I received a state of the art eye exam that will allow me to care for my eyes currently as well as build a platform and plan to care for them over time.

It has everything you need. Open til 9pm. Friendly helpful staff.

If you want information from someone who is passionate about what they do and guide you in the right direction, Dr Monk is it. If you have an 8:30 appointment but are still waiting at 8:55 don't panic it's worth it he is just spending time with the person ahead of you that you will get as well. Some doctors are not worth wait, Dr Monk is!!!!

Metzger J Dr. or as I call him John I found to be the friendliest thorough optometrist I have ever met. I have been to a few of the ones in the Town of Hanover here and must say that if you want the best go see him.

Very friendly staff

Upon going in, I asked for the earliest available appointment because I had lost my glasses and due to my work schedule not being very flexible. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon. The receptionist was very kind and so was the doctor. They got me in and out as quick as possible since I had my young daughter with me. The doctor even noticed a degenerative eye disease that I’ve had for quite some time but other doctors had missed. Will definitely be returning for future eye exams, as well as taking my daughter when she is old enough. Would recommend to anyone in the area. They also have a pretty good selection of frames.

All the staff is so helpful. They always help me find the best deal.

Dr Pallen is an efficient and effective optometrist who is invested in his patients receiving the best possible eye care. His patients are so happy with the service they receive that they book their appointments months in advance as opposed to travelling to larger and less personal Optometrist offices. I have never had a negative experience and will continue to see dr Pallen as long as I am able.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Hohner. He is very good with kids! :)

The diagnosis for my 10-year-old daughter to wear glasses was a hard blow for her to take. Because my husband and I have both worn glasses from an early age, I had explained on many occasions, that she would probably need to wear them at some point as well. However, you never want to be told that by someone else, and hence be different at that age. It was a hard pill to swallow for her. Thankfully, Dr. Carol and her team of wonderful assistants, made our daughter feel comfortable in the testing process, educated about selecting the right fit, and just giddy about the selection of colour!!! My husband and I were also grateful about the reasonable price points and the kid friendly warranty (which of course had to kick in 6 months after the fact, when they were stepped on!). Dr. Carol Venn, St. Marys Optometry, knows the impact and the esteem issues that first-time glasses have for a child and she creates a happy experience for all involved.
