I’ve always had an excellent experience here! They’ve always gone above and beyond with my eye care and glasses. My appointments are always a pleasure!

The worst place my father has ever gotten glasses or service. The information they provide is not accurate which resulted in paying too much for services. They wouldn't satisfy my father's wishes when he wanted to change hos mind. Not recommending this location for services.

Kathy has lots of great brands! Very attentive and helpful staff. I would highly recommend you pop by here before anywhere else!

Great service and friendly staff. They were very flexible and were able to fit me in for an eye exam on very short notice.

I am 71 years old and have had a lazy eye all my life. I have repeatedly asked opticians in the many visits I have made them if they have found a cure for Amblyopia and they've always said no. About a month ago, at a routine eye exam, I was told about Dr Kaplow so decided to make an appointment. I was given a test where I was shown a 3D fly picture and asked to pick it up by its wings. Couldn't do it. Dr Kaplow gave me a number of exercises to do on my computer and phone, (all on youtube) which I did for 20 minutes twice a day for a month. I went for a second exam today, and did the fly test again, and for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I HAD 3D VISION! It's not perfect, and the eye is weak, but its given me the encouragement to persevere with these exercises. This is the most exciting thing that has happened to me is years. Thank you! Thank you so much!

Awesome customer service!!

We were on vacation last week in the Bruce Penisula. My mother's eye glasses were crushed flat by a family member who had sat on them (to my dad's defense, she had left them on the bed😁). We were told to drive to Wiarton and see the optometrist there. We did. He has new hours...closed on Fridays 🤔. Next closest would be making the drive to Owen Sound. We stopped at the Staples store on the way in and an employee directed us to the Heritage Mall. Mom & I went in and found Pearl Vision. There were people in the store. We had to wait, what choice did we have. We were able to observe the employee as he went from one person to another helping each one out. He always had a smile on his face and we could tell by his conversations with them that he was very professional. Finally, it was Mom's turn. Joshua (I saw his name tag-I love it when employees wear them) quickly saw the problem, explained the risks of trying to straighten older metal frames and with our permission he took the glasses to the back. He quickly returned giving my mother her fixed eye glasses. When we asked what we owed him he said "no charge". Pearl Vision...excellent customer service...timely....professional....all because of great employees like Joshua! Thanks to him Mom was able to enjoy the rest of her vacation as well as the scenery on the long way home😉 Well done Joshua and Pearl Vision
