It has been a month since I had lasik surgery with Dr. Orr and I am happy with the results. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Orr did an great job on my eyes. He took his time and made sure that all the measurements were accurate, which included measuring my left eye four times before he performed the surgery. My only negative comment is that Dr. Orr is a very down to business type person. He will do an excellent job of your eyes and will be very nice in the process but probably won’t tell you a joke in the process. Don’t worry his staff are personable if you need a joke at some point. Highly recommend.

I just found out from my new optometrist in Toronto that this office billed my benefits provider for an eye exam which I never received. As a result of this unscrupulous activity this office has engaged in, I am now out of pocket for my eye exam.

Mike was very professional and dealt with a problem in the process to my complete satisfaction. I will return here.

Girl on the phone was an absolute witch. If you dont like your job move on dont make others lives miserable cause yours is. Otherwise service was fine.

The gentleman who runs this Walmart Vision Centre is well qualified, this place came highly recommend to my family from a true friend. If this Optometrist knows that next week a whole section or rack of designer frames will be going on sale for 25 to even 50 percent of, or even buy one pair get the second pair free, or 50 percent off, he will tell you to come back on the day of the the sale to get that better deal. The Vision Centre at Walmart is a great example for sttores that rent retail space inside Walmart and utilize it as a front to possibly make more sales ... it is a great for those large families where almost all must wear glasses / contacts, or even both depending on three day, function and look they may be aiming to achieve. It was highly recommended to myself, and thus, my family and I had a great experience, so I can confidently pass on this recommendation to yourself, your family members, friends, and those aquaintences who now have commented on not the single pair of frames but the two pairs that you obtained as the deal you did take advantage of, it gives greater flexibility to coordinate your wardrobe, at least for younger preteens just coming in their own, as well as the late teens that are now mature young woman, along with the University / College aged Co-Eds who all want to look sharp going to class, and of course the younger graduated professionals to the ones who have been deeply involved in their careers for some years already. There are always deals at all Walmarts Vision Centres, it takes a great Optometrist to let you in on some of the secrets of next week's, or even tomorrow's deals that they will have in store, but not necessarily in the flyer or even on their main webpage. Their is a vision section component to the walmart.ca webpage, although it doesn't give any real info on deals per say, but will tell you where the Walmart Locations are where you can find a Walmart Vision Centre. Eye exams are also fast, easily scheduled and very thorough all the same.

Great guy owns this place, has been open for quite some time. I have been referred to this place a few times by a few different people. Clean and mixer. This place has tons of frames available, and it only takes 7 days to get a newly ordered pair ready for pickup after the initial eye exam. Great prices as well.

Great service , new to glasses and bi focal education was great have had to have glasses adjusted it was quick and free when there has been any problems .

They broke the nose piece off the $300 frames I brought in to put new lenses in and refuse to take responsibility. They claim they told me it's at my own risk. No way I would have agreed to that. Lier. I do NOT recommend doing business with their office.

I recommend staying clear of this place. The receptionist is really nice and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The first set of sunglasses did not work for my eyes which was not their fault. They ordered the wrong replacement sunglasses and my other glasses had defective lenses twice. They tried to tell me the lenses warped because of the heat. I had three other eye glass shops confirm that was not true. I've had glasses for 10 years and have never had this issue. They are obviously poor quality lenses. The second set of lenses didn't have anti glare which I paid for. How can you continue to screw things up that badly? I finally gave up and got new glasses elsewhere. They tried to make things right but failed miserably. I have heard about some other bad experiences at this shop as well. There are many other options, I recommend avoiding this place!
