These guys covered miles and miles of US97 with tons and tons of loose gravel. They then had their own trucks driving 40mph+ down both sides of the highway's shoulders while traffic was down to one lane. No indication from anyone about where cars should be driving. We were absolutely hailed with gravel for over 45 minutes and got multiple cracks in our windshield. When we contacted them about the damage they just said "too bad." Theirs was the worst, most mismanaged construction zone I've ever driven through and I have the dents and cracks in my truck to prove it!

Harm's paved a parking area at our rental property in late summer in Everett. They did an outstanding job in all phases, grading, packing down the gravel base, good water drainage, etc. I would not use another contractor after seeing their work. I highly recommend them.
