In a region that prides itself on terrible customer service, this place takes the cake. The woman who answers the phone is 100% useless, other than to give you someone else's number who will never call you back. When I called back and told her no one had called me back after a week and a half she hung up on me. Super classy... I wouldn't recommend this business to an enemy.

We were not impressed with Loewen paving and would not recommend them. We paid a premium compared to other quotes because we thought they were a local quality company but our new 500 foot paved driveway is bumpier than when it was gravel and now we can't even grade it.... we complained and they came out and admitted it was a little bumpy but in the end just wanted to get paid. Not a business we would get again the next time we get something paved.
