Awesome experience, from estimate, to completion of work! Sean and the guys at Action Asphalt did amazing work, and we are very happy. We received an estimated on a Friday, and 10 days later, we had a paved driveway. Action Asphalt's quote came in $1000+ cheaper, than competitors. First Lutheran Community Church in Port Orchard was in dire need of a new parking lot! The old lot (installed in 1968) had been patched so many times and what wasn't patched was alligatored beyond repair! The entire lot needed to be torn up, regraded, new drains installed, add a new sub base and a light fixture needed to have the feed wires relocated! With bids (we had at least 10 bids) ranging from $40,000 to over $125,000 we had to be very careful stewards of the church's funds! (Global came in in the middle of the bids) It took months to make our final decision. Global came out on top being the most responsive company to all of our questions (and believe me there were lots of them!), special needs and budget. The big day arrived and the tear up began! The kids in our daycare had a blast seeing all the big trucks and machines all over the place. I was most impressed with the fact that a supervisor was always on site to make sure everything went without a hitch. We were very impressed at the speed and accuracy of the work being done. If there was anything that was being done that needed my input I was called out to see what the options were. And I asked questions, lots and lots of them! They were all answered to my satisfaction right on the spot. All of the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our property and surroundings. From start to finish took only 3 days for a massive 28,000 + sf lot to be completely finished and striped. This company is the best! Each person involved from the office staff to the truck drivers knew what there job was and did it to perfection! When I look out at our beautiful new lot it was worth every penny!
