Outstanding!

Foul mouth people with foul attitudes. Approach people in the street and a hostile manner smoke cigarettes but working, that's dangerous! Showed up in the middle of the night and woke me my dogs and all of my kids up. Their excuse? The state of Washington will only allow pavement marking During the night when there's no traffic. PS. When I asked questions they were extremely rude. Refused to give me their names company phone number supervisor name etc. they were also extremely loud discussing non-work related things including using bad words and did not quiet down their hollering as I requested. I would not use this company simply based on how horrid the people working for them are. They should all be ashamed, the bunch of cigarette smoking, foul mouth, aggressive, rude and lying peopleand lying people. Company name pavement specialty markers out of Sumner Washington. And yes, this is a residential street with a low speed limit surrounded by homes and apartments and this was not emergency work.

Great price and thorough work!

First Lutheran Community Church in Port Orchard was in dire need of a new parking lot! The old lot (installed in 1968) had been patched so many times and what wasn't patched was alligatored beyond repair! The entire lot needed to be torn up, regraded, new drains installed, add a new sub base and a light fixture needed to have the feed wires relocated! With bids (we had at least 10 bids) ranging from $40,000 to over $125,000 we had to be very careful stewards of the church's funds! (Global came in in the middle of the bids) It took months to make our final decision. Global came out on top being the most responsive company to all of our questions (and believe me there were lots of them!), special needs and budget. The big day arrived and the tear up began! The kids in our daycare had a blast seeing all the big trucks and machines all over the place. I was most impressed with the fact that a supervisor was always on site to make sure everything went without a hitch. We were very impressed at the speed and accuracy of the work being done. If there was anything that was being done that needed my input I was called out to see what the options were. And I asked questions, lots and lots of them! They were all answered to my satisfaction right on the spot. All of the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our property and surroundings. From start to finish took only 3 days for a massive 28,000 + sf lot to be completely finished and striped. This company is the best! Each person involved from the office staff to the truck drivers knew what there job was and did it to perfection! When I look out at our beautiful new lot it was worth every penny! Site development at its finest.

The lady that drives this vehicle needs to slow down in the parking lot.That big rig doesn't give you a right to drive how you want.

I hired Asphalt Patch to do a concrete parking pad and a 60 ft by 20 ft concrete patio out back. They do not typically do residential concrete work but I had heard they do really nice work and they were eventually able to fit me into their busy schedule. I am extremely happy with the finished product. Chase came out and bid the job and I felt the pricing was very competitive. While prepping the job they made a suggestion to go out a little wider, I was going to do 15 feet originally on the patio. They told me that I'd probably regret not having paid a bit more to do it now down the road, so I took their advice and I am glad I did. It is perfect, I would absolutely recommend using them, and I plan to hire them to re-do my concrete driveway eventually if they can fit me in (they mostly do commercial work, not residential).
