Amazing quality work! Integrity!

Quality should be POOR, there's nothing fair about this story. Originally had a job completed two years ago. Basic asphalting for a drive extension that protrudes along the side of our home. I had been told that MJM produced excellent work, and word of mouth was very postive from those that had used them on past jobs. MJM was very competitive when bidding on the project, and I decided to use them to complete. Rippling and shoving started forming on the asphalt surface within 1.5 years, now at the two year mark, excessive pooling and rippling has occoured. After speaking with MJM about the issues with their work, I've been told that there is nothing I can do, and that some shoving is to be expected. They will not warranty the work, and no suggestion on how to make the repairs have been brought up. In comparison to the original driveway that was built when the house was constructed, MJM's work looks as if it was completed by amatures. After speaking with two other contractors the only suggestion is to let the asphalt buckle and age, when the burden of sight becomes too much the asphalt should then be replaced and a proper subgrade should be used, with a geotextile fabric. (I was not made aware of these requirements by MJM, and other contractors didn't place that work onto their bids because according to them, "Its common sense.". Overall, MJM basicall wrecked the curb appeal of my home, and won't make it right... Thanks MJM!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Called this company in May for a bid to get my driveway done. I accepted the bid and gave them my 4,000 deposit. Jason told me the job would start June 26th. So The week of June 26th I moved my motorhome and trailer to a friends home. Pioneer peak never called and never showed up. Several calls and weeks later I finally got ahold of Jason (owner). He gave me a story about a shortage of asphalt. And apologized and gave me a 5 percent discount and said they would be at my home to start the job the end of July. Again I moved the motor home and my trailer 35 miles away. Needless to say they still haven't showed up and after many calls still no call back. It's now the end of August 2016 Why bid a job and collect money if you have no intention of doing the job. This late in the year there is no chance I can get another company out to do my driveway.
