I contacted this company through their website. This was over a week ago. I needed a simple "hot patch" in several spots on my driveway followed up with a seal coating. My driveway is about 400 feet long. Nobody emailed me or called. I guess the job wasnt big enough for them to waste time scheduling an estimate. Maybe Im wrong and they are just really bad with customer service. I will spend my money somewhere else!!

Shortly after Tom coated my driveway, it rained. When the coating dried, several uncoated patches showed up. Tom came by to check his work, saw the patches, and said he would come back to recoat it (before it rained again!). As a result, my driveway looks great and Tom has a satisfied customer.

Absolutely awful all around! Job was not done correctly the first time. After multiple phone calls and about a 30 minute rant from the owner, he finally came back to correct the issue. If you like someone getting in your face, yelling for all neighborhood to hear, and swearing at you all while arguing that the job wasn't done poorly... Then they're your company. Shoddy work and terrible customer service, they don't even deserve one star.

The owner is a total jerk. Actually he's worse than that but I'll keep it clean. As far as the staff and management their not much better. Unorganized, unprofessional and inept.
