I recently started getting my eyebrows threaded at this salon. The person who works on eyebrows is professional and her work is clean. She is meticulous and does a great job. I would highly recommend this place.

This is the by far the worst experience I've ever had in any cosmetic sense. Never go here unless you want them to get glue stuck in ur eye and while you lay there with eyes stinging and tears running down your face, they leave to go wax someone for 30 mins. She literally cut my natural eyelashes trying to get the glue out and used her finger to try and take it out while simultaneously stabbing me in the eye. They were so incredibly rude and mean. My eyes still burn many days later and so many of the eyelashes were posted the wrong way around and poke me in the eye. She used was to much glue in my water line and my eyes look bloodshot everyday. DONT GO HERE

A couple months ago I had Shauna touch up my eyeliner and she suggested adding colour which turned out fantastic. The liner on my upper eyelids is a beautiful blue which really makes my eyes pop. I absolutely love it and thank you so much Shauna. Every day, I'm happy when I look in the mirror :)

Absolutely terrible. We booked her for my sister's wedding to do the hair for the bridesmaids - day of the wedding she informs us she double booked herself and would not be able to make it. A deposit was paid well in advance to secure the day - absolutely unacceptable. Would never book her again or recommend her to anyone. Brides beware!

I had my eyebrows done by Sophie a week ago, and I can't be any happier with the outcome! First of all, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, she is very professional and thorough. My eyebrows look fantastic!!! I've had so many compliments already. I highly recommend Sophie. And like I said before, I am very happy with her work!

I don't usually do reviews but this time I wanted to. I recently had my eyebrows done by Cindy, I thought I wanted to get them microbladed until she explained the difference between microblading and regular hair stroke permanent makeup to me. I have to tell you that from the beginning and trough the whole process Cindy took very good care of me. When she did them the first time, I barely felt anything. She seemed to know exactly how I was feeling and exactly when to add numbing cream. She made sure that I was clear on what to expect. I went back for my touchup in 5 weeks, there was very little to do but she went over them and tweeked what needed it. Now I have to say I have amazing eyebrows that should last 3 to 5 years. Top notch work and fantastic service. I have recommended Kelly many times! I have had my brows done by Kelly and just did my liner and they look amazing. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure the treatment is perfect. She is very comforting to be around and shows great concern for safety. I would never allow anyone near my face with a needle except Kelly. I am looking forward to having my lips done in the near future as well as the other treatments she offers. Not only is Kelly professional, personable and so pleasant to be with during the service, she also offers a high quality service. Thank you Kelly for making my brows and liner look amazing. This past year I went through Cancer treatment. I lost my hair and eyebrows and it was very difficult. Mandi did my eyebrows for me at "no cost" as she supports Cancer survivors. I am so happy to have my eyebrows back and they look fantastic! I am very thankful for her.

This was a big step for me and I looked around for the right fit for quite some time. After meeting Tiffany and Janelle of Aesthetics by Ink and seeing all of their incredible work on their Instagram page, I knew they were the right choice. We’re talking about getting a tattoo on my face, so this was a BIG decision! As a designer, I was really happy that the process of finding the right colour pigment and shape was not rushed, but collaborative and detailed. I felt supported throughout the entire experience! The process was relatively painless and to be honest, there comfortable, pristine and well decorated treatment room had me feeling relaxed! I am beyond happy with my results and plan to go back for touch-ups when needed. I should also add that since having my eyebrows micro-bladed, I wear less makeup and my skin has less issues now as a result. This has been a big confidence boost for me and I now go out without any makeup at all! These women are professional, experienced, detailed and some of the nicest people out there! I can’t recommend them enough!

I have had my eyebrows microbladed/powdered by Lisa (the Master Technician/Instructor) and I could not be happier with the results! It was mostly painless and she was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. I have referred so many people here to see her and even the students during courses. They offer great discounts for models so tell your friends! The office is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly and down to earth and professional too! Definitely will be coming back :)

I have been going into Browcasso since it opened. The staff are all experts in their field and are always able to answer my questions. After a visit, I always get tons of compliments on their work. The shop is beautiful and always super clean.

Shaughnessy has been making my brows fab since 2016 and has turned my sad sparse brows into fierce frames for my eyes :D I can't say enough about how much I love the studio, the staff, and all of the work that's done here. I had great success with healing every time (following the aftercare, of course)...it's well worth the cost since you're getting the best of the best.

Best permanent cosmetic artist in town by far! I went toher to fix someone elses mistake. She spent so much time with me and was so caring! She did such a great job and was able to make my eyebrows absolutely stunning i came back and had her do my eyeliner and lip blush! There is a reason she won the awards she did! Dont waste your money or your time looking for anyone else! Also because of the fact i had my eyebrows messed up sobad please don't bargin shopwhen it comes to your face!
