Permanent Makeup

This place ripped me off as far as I see it a couple of years ago. It was my first experience of this nature & didn't know better. The equipment is old school needles, VERY painful & unnecessary. She was in a hurry. She had told me I might want to take a couple of Benedryl before hand. I made mistake of NOT wearing my eyebrow makeup as usual to give her something to go by. She used some STENCIL then needled (horribly) in what ended up looking like Angry Birds eyebrows. The technique is totally unnecessary unless your a beautician who is unwilling to learn& purchase modern equipment for your patron's comfort. She then told me she would NOT change or touch this work for 30 days. I work for the public. 30 days?!? I sat in my car after & cried. They did call to check how I was doing I said horrible I will not be wanting any more work done from you. NEVER an offer of money returned & I knew they wouldn't because I signed a form saying it wouldn't happen, no refunds! A few days later I found several places who were willing to fade & re-touch/color right away. I'm so glad I did, it was painless & pleasant & in no hurry, unlike Permanent Cosmetics by Donna. Ladies! Call around. I'm not promoting any other business. I have no agenda except to share my experience.

Had eyeliner done cost 350 was not happy . Turned out very thin like a pen line bottom came partially off called her said she can't touch me for 6 weeks and would cost another 50 . Eyes were glued shut every night for 4 nights with gunk and not supposed to use water on them . Pretty hard to get your eyes open when u can't clean them.

Jacky made a mistake on my permanent eyeliner (the first eye looked okay and then she put a wing on the other side even though I had expressly stated that I did not want the eyeliner winged) and refused to fix it. This woman is all about taking your money and doesn't seem to care if her work looks awful. Poor customer service, poor permanent makeup skills. Recommendation: Stay away

Trudy did my permanent Eye Liner about 10 years ago. It still looks great. Im going back to get the liner thicker and wings. I am so excited!!

I LOVE my brows!!!! Lisa did a fantastic job. Not only is she a wonderful person, but she has trained with experts all over the world, and teaches classes there too!! They are so natural looking. I have many friends who want their brows done by Lisa now!!!

Lauren is great, she gives a very thorough explanation of the entire process including the shape and colour recommendations, and made the whole experience relaxing and comfortable.

Got my eyebrows done a year ago by another girl in calgary they were super patchy and un even, got my eye brows re done by Kim at Barron tattoo ! And they are perfect ! Couldn't ask for better brows ! The whole over all experience was awesome she was very informative!

I recently went for my 4th treatment of Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) and I am extremely happy with the results to date. The face has a brighter appearance and the few sunspots I had have virtually disappeared. I also had small broken blood vessels on my face which gave my skin an uneven appearance and they have also disappeared. My skin is also "plumper" from the collagen regeneration - any small fine lines I had have disappeared and the deeper lines (laugh lines, etc) are less prominent. I am very happy with the outcome to date. Kersten Gruber is extremely professional and insightful to the whole process. During the procedure she was very caring and constantly checking that I was okay.
