Best technician around. Jill has a very precise hand and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I have heard others say the procedure hurts; of COURSE it hurts! You're tattooing your face! However, Jill uses a numbing agent that takes nearly all the pain away. I had my eyebrows done, and after the first pass (which was a bit uncomfortable,) it felt more like a strange vibration that made me sneeze way too much. I will ONLY go to Jill for my permanent makeup needs and have been referring all of my friends to her. We have our appointments already set for when she's here next summer.

As a male suffering from Alopecia, I had some reservations about having eyebrow treatment, having bad experiences in the past. Going to Karen Betts was the best decision I made. From the very first telephone conversation, through to completion of treatment, the customer service has been excellent. Having Karen performing my treatment herself, was a huge plus, an extremely skilled technician, who can perfectly match eyebrow colour to individual skin tone, making the eyebrow look very realistic. Could not be happier with the outcome, highly recommended to anyone seeking this treatment.

Dunja has done permanent make up for eyeliner on upper and lower lids, and my lips. Each time I was thrilled with the result. It was totally natural looking and I have received many compliments from people who cannot believe that the make up is permanent, as it doesn't look over done, as in many instances. This was the first place I ever got my eyebrows tattooed and at the time I thought they were... ok. However since relocating to another country and finding someone else who I have been going to now for 4 yrs and truly trust - I've discovered that the colour Debra Robson-Lawrence used has a horrible red pigmentation and we have since been working hard with my current practitioner to rectify it. Unfortunately it still seeps through as the tattoo starts to fade.

From my first call to TG to the treatment it has been a 5* experience. Warm and helpful reception team, vedy knowledgeable and quick to answer any queries. For my brow treatment Hema was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and just wanted me to be completely happy and 100% sure on the shape and colour. Very polite and professional, talking me through everything thoroughly. WARNING! I would really not recommend Sian Dellar as she is untrustworthy and falsifies information. If you give a deposit for a second appointment of the semi permanent make-up with Sian Dellar you will not be refunded if you change your mind. I had my first appointment for the semi permanent eye brow make up a few weeks ago and then left a £50 deposit for my second appointment, which was going to be 4 weeks later. After about 1 week and a half I was not impressed at all with the supposedly semi permanent make up as it was mostly flaking off my brows! ( even though I followed Sian's instructions of looking after my new brows to the book). I emailed Sian to say that I wished to cancel my next appointment, giving her weeks of notice and I asked her how do I get my deposit refunded. She choose not to reply. I then rang and the lady who answered said Sian would get back to me. Which see did after a few days and Sian told me that the deposit was non-refundable. At no point did she tell me that when she took it from me. Sian said it tells you about it on her website, which it doesn't. I really had to push and even threaten going into her salon and not leaving until I got it! She finally said she'd give me a refund but I'd have to go into the salon (even though it only needed to be refunded onto my card). I then found her to be extremely awkward in organising when I could go in. I truly have never received such poor customer service ever and I never, ever will deal with Sian again! I highly recommend you NOT to use her as she is untrustworthy in what she says. There is no point putting yourself through the stress of using Sian!

I have been seeing Kim for over a year now and my first treatment i had with her was the Permanent Make Up Eyebrows (Hairstrokes). I absolutely loved them and have recently had them touched up with a new Permanent Make up technique (Ombre Brows) and the standard is exactly the same. I can honestly say I have found the one.

El is the best, so professional and thorough and her attention to detail is impeccable. My eyebrows have never looked better. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about microblading.
