Permanent Makeup

I had my eyebrows tatood in February of this year. I was told that it would last for a year. I had to go back three times for a touch-up. By September of this year they were fading fast and were uneven. When I went back to get a refund I was told that I had signed a contract that said no refund; which I did. But it was not a good job and I thought she should at least give me some of my money back. $400 out the window and I am left with uneven brows. I would not recommend this person.

Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had in my 20 years of receiving them! Hanna’s knowledge of skin made me trust her with my face, and her touch had me so relaxed. I’m already looking forward to my next facial!

I was so nervous to have a tattoo on my face, Nancy was so professional, made me feel comfortable, and I LOVE my eyebrows! This is the only place I would go!

Jackie greeted me warmly when I arrived for my permanent eyebrow appointment. She carefully explained each phase of what she would be doing before starting and as she did each step. She made sure I was comfortable during the process. When I was leaving, Jackie again explained what I needed to do to assure that I wouldn't have a problem during the healing process. I have had multiple compliments on my "new" permanent eyebrows. Thanks, Jackie.

Total Rip off! I listened to how they explained how other schools needed an educators license which is not true! I was not impressed with their demeanor on phone! No way and I know I dodged a bullet here! My friend also felt the same vibe when she called. People do your research! It’s worth the time and not to waste money! I found another school who didn’t put down others just to get students! Not professional!!!!

Penny is an incredible skin care aesthetician, she is very professional, very attentive to detail, really knows her business and cares about her clients. I've even called Penny with questions about my skin and she always answers and takes time to talk to me. I tried a few other people when Penny moved out of town but thank god she came back because none of them compared, not even close. I have been seeing Penny for facials and waxing but recently I showed her a spot of alopecia I noticed on top of my head (I had no idea why I suddenly had a quarter-sized bald spot) and she suggested doing scalp micro pigmentation which is somewhat comparable to permanent make up (which she excels In). She tattood the appearance of hair follicles into my bald spot and now, I can't even find the bald spot anymore, and trust me, I've searched for it. She's the best!

I had my first spray tan today with Adriana and she is so friendly and did a great job! She made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what I was looking for. I will be back for sure!

My first impression of this place was it looks nice inside and the staff were friendly. I originally went in for Microblading my eyebrows. The man who was doing them said he had years of experience 17 years I believe. Once I left the place I did not see a change besides ink all over my eyebrows, One week later my eyebrows still look like they haven't been touched. I like to look at reviews before scheduling appointments but now I'm lead to believe that most likely close friends or staff probably have their review in order to attract customers. I have an appointment schedule for a facial treatment to be done and I'll be canceling that appointment due to my first appointment experience with Microblading. The point of my review is to say the only change I seen was in my bank account.

Karyn is a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work. She came highly recommended to me and I support that recommendation.
