I LOVE bold and dark eyebrows so if you don’t, this post may not refer to you. But if you like to keep the bold color, keep reading! This is my 4th visit with Vi and my 3rd fill and I will keep coming back! Not only has she worked to perfection every visit that I have had but she has done the same for the referrals that I have sent her way. For my 1st and 2nd visit, I had her use oil pigment color for my brows. My brows were GREAT but we realized that the color faded a bit quicker from my skin. Vi suggested that I come back and try the water based pigment to see if my skin would retain a bit more color. For my 3rd and 4th visit, we used the water based pigment and my skin kept the color longer. Wow... I am very pleased with Vi’s professionalism, attitude and fantastic work ethic. One of the best small businesses that I have ever come to! Overall, if your skin doesn’t retain oil pigments as well, try the water based pigment. Thank you, Vi!

I am a mother of 3 young boys and I find it very hard to do my make up like I usually do and go about my day and routine taking the boys to school then work after. So I decided to look into semi permanent make up. I heard of Victoria from a friend of mines and I decided to get my eyebrows microbladed and a winged. Ever since my life has so much easier and the mornings all I do is apply on foundation and I’m ready!

I had permanent eyebrows applied several years ago that were uneven and soon faded. Lisa outlined new brows in one visit then filled them in to perfection. No need to struggle with the eyebrow pencil any more. She was able to correct the old faded tattooed brows and consulted with me on the new color and shape. The salon and staff are so wonderful, they even stayed on the phone with me when I couldn't find the location. No need to go into Beverly Hills for remarkable eyebrow application - I will return for any additional treatments and will recommend them to all my friends!

I had my eyebrows done here over two years ago, I only wished I had done my homework...but this was just before the microblading craze. All I can say, do your research. I’ve spent the past two years regretting spending this ridiculous amount of money on getting half assed eyebrows! I write this today since I am now on my way to get them fixed. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!

I would recommend coming to Orange County Permanent Makeup to everyone I know! It's based in Newport Beach, off of Westcliff, the location is great! I've called a dozen different permanent makeup places in Orange County, but none's service was even comparable to Orange County Permanent Makeup. I received a call back within the hour, and an appointment was booked around my schedule. The style of office, makes the waiting room pleasant to be in and relaxing before the procedure. Throughout the procedure April is very reassuring and accommodating with my wants and needs. I felt no pressure, and received an incredible deal off of Groupon. Nice job but it lasts only for 3 days. After a week, the make up was mostly faded. It happened even after one session touch-up. Extra touch-up sessions will cost at least 200$. So, you need to be careful and make sure that the material which she uses is convenient for your skin type.
