He was always available to discuss the case and provided many helpful suggestions and proposals during the process. This helped to reduce the stress and anxiety on our side. He also found a way to get his costs paid through the court system. Which I think meant he received less than if he had billed us directly. This shows that he really does put his clients first. I was injured in a bicycle accident following a collision with a vehicle. After failing to reach a settlement on my own with ICBC, I began to seek out legal help. He and his team crafted a well written proposal which effectively placed the totality of fault on the vehicle’s driver. After further negotiations, a new settlement followed - one which was more proportional to the facts. I will certainly keep Tim and his team in mind, should I ever require their assistance again.
