We opted for the all inclusive package and boy have we used it. We initially got them for carpenter ants. During the summer we have had many problems with wasps and they have never complained or made excuses. They have come out and fixed the problem until the wasps were gone. All the techs are excellent and really care about the safety of our family. They are proactive at scheduling treatments. If you have pests problems call all pest. The yearly plan is expensive but so worth it.

Great knowledge on animals and is great at bat work! Offers the best prices around and knows what he is doing. Goes above and beyond to help his customers and are a family company.

After suffering a pest problem we reached out to Kemi at Hometown Pest and he was great. Very helpful in answering all of our questions in this uncharted territory. He really took the time to understand our situation and offer a plan forward. He was always super fast to reply and seems very genuine. I highly recommend his work.

I am very happy with the service provided by Ottawa Valley Pest Control. I had multiple wasp nests along my house and Michael and his son were able to come remove it the next day. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the type of wasp, it's typical behavior, and their approach to removing it. Everything was taken care of quickly and courteously. I highly recommend their services.
