I have left my cat here a couple of times. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is hard to find a place who give cats a proper space to stay, instead of a cage, and they are very reasonably priced.

Carol the owner is always very pleasant and kind. She does a outstanding job with my dogs nails.

We brought our new rescue to L'or's for a bath and nail trim (which he HATES). They were very patient with our little guy and not only did a great job but also gave us some tips and tricks! We will definitely be back!

Michelle was awesome with our dog dexter. She came to pick him up and dropped him off. He was always so excited to see her and loved going to the dog park with the other dogs. I would highly recommend her.

After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical but I had checked out a few other places and wasn't satisfied with the facilities or staff. So I came to check out Muskoka Pet Lodge. I was pleasantly surprised. It's family run business, the owner clearly loves, and handles animals well. There were two other dogs at the time and they seemed very happy! Bear was very comfortable with the owner when he came out to check the place out. The house has an impressive size fenced in yard for the dogs, it was well maintained and clean. I can't understand how anyone could rate the customer service as poor she was very friendly, and patient as she answered all of my questions and concerns being a nervous pet parent leaving my Bear anywhere is very difficult. I'm very glad I decided to check this place out and will definitely be back the next time I have to leave town!
