Horrible place, ceiling started falling apart and leaking on us while we were sleeping. Manager didn't even care or accommodate us in any way. Absolutely ridiculous!

Brought my dog here 4x two of those times was for about 5 weeks and everything was great.

Great place to find out about our how our ancestors lived. There are even actual employees re-enacting certain things like in the kitchen, general store and blacksmith.

They did an amazing job grooming and cutting my 2 big dogs nails.

I have a shelti and after about a year of not being able to afford a groomer (and a move back to the area after years away) he was a mess. My dog is sensitive and while not aggressive is often hard to work with and I have been seriously disappointed with groomers in the past who returned him to me not even half done and a neurotic mess from being in such a scary and hectic environment. Not so at the Finger Lakes Pet Center! I turned my dog over to them a tangled smelly mess and got back a perfectly groomed and HAPPY dog. I am so impressed not only with the service (taking a full two hours with each dog to move at their pace and keep them from being stressed) but also the price which in this economy was an added bonus and will ensure I can keep up with his grooming needs. I made a follow up appointment on the spot and intend to continue doing business with Lisa and her two wonderful assistants. I would recommend these ladies to anyone, especially if you've been burned by snooty, rude, over expensive and under performing groomers in the past. Two paws up, way up!
