Shihtzus forever grooming services $94.50 Full groom small breed $60.00 Custom Amount Strip off $10.00 Custom Amount Senior/difficult dog fee $10.00 Custom Amount Medicated bath $10.00 I was quoted $60 to have my small breed 13 year old, 2.5 lb Maltese Poodle with 3 teeth, shaved. From drop off to pick up was 1.5 hour. I received additional charges as indicated above. I didn't ask for a "medicated bath" and was told it was necessary because she had "skin problems" There was nothing wrong with my dogs skin. My daughter is a veterinary technician and she was stunned by this. Also an additional charge to"strip off" because her fur was long. I wasn't told this PRIOR to or during the grooming. Also, an additional charge for "senior/difficult" In 13 years of grooming no one ever complained about my dog being difficult. Groomers are supposed to be experienced. $94.50 for 1.5 hrs of work and she looked horrible. Worst groom ever and a total rip off

Very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided. This team has gone above and beyond my expectations and clearly know their stuff when it comes to caring for our beloved pets. Very knowledgeable and educated, I very highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this facility. It is extremely clean. The owner is knowledgeable and very carrying.

My dog had a wonderful time there and he loved it. He got his nails trimmed but he got hurt one time so ya that's why its only 4 stars

Friendly Staff! Knowledgeable! You guys rock!

Great service

Very understanding!

First time to see her in January 2018. There was a beautiful job done. Even showed us a video of the dog when we were absent. Sookie (my English Springer Spaniel) seemed very at ease. I found that was nice of her. Then as we went to pick Sookie up, she was absolutely beautiful compared to the past groomer. We really got excellent info on dog food and a garanty. First place for garanteed dog food, wow!! I am extremely fussy on customer service being in retail management all my life. I personally consider this establishment a 5 STAR resort for my dog. I will be returning next month for a visit and then schedule regular appointments for the next six months usually. Wish I could post a picture but she can be seen at Bubbles n' Bows and the web and on facebook. Thank you for taking care of my baby Sookie that we love so much. Thank you thank you !!!!!

Have so much to choose from and the staff is friendly and helpful

They always gave what I need in stock!

Fantastic

Worth visiting this store even though you do not have a pet, yet. Friendly ambiance, aquarium, little birds, full stack of pet food, and grooming service. My children love this place, too.
