She cut my shih tzu dew claw off...blamed me....Michelle could not have cared less

I am giving Westwinds ranch a 1 star rating because I have left both phone and facebook messages trying to book a time. My messages were never returned, which meant that I couldn't book. Instead our group will be going to Diamond J in Picton because they actually answer their phones. I have heard good things about Westwinds from friends who have used them...but even they said that trying to book appointments were difficult. Maybe at some point in the future I will try again...and if I manage to get to ride there I may change my review.

Thanks Jen for the emergency grooming for our dog. My daughter loved the bowtie you put on him when we picked him up. Normally our dog is nervous going to the groomer but not here.

Excellent place for gardening supplies and pple that run it a very knowledgeable about anything to help have beautiful outcomes.

This is the only place I go for my pet supplies. The staff are great and carry my purchases to the car for me.

It's the best place in the world I've been riding for 6 years there the horses r nice staff is awesome and the horses I ride always give me a kiss and a hug when I get there and when I leave I really consider going 😃

Best place and only one i will ever use or recommend to anyone. They spoil my dogs as if they were their own. Great staff and owners are very committed to making you happy. They even offer training and daycare!

I had dropped my four legged fur puppy off to day camp. As an unexpected family emergency arose. I called BLue Water Pet Care to see if they were able to board my dog as a last minute request. The staff was great, the customer service was above average. And they were able to fulfill my request. Not only did they board my dog, they also fed him, since I was not planning on him staying any more then just the daycare. I will definitely return to BWPC. Thank you BWPC for the excellent service and taking good care of my pup!
