Michelle is a very caring and dedicated dog trainer. Her puppy group classes are enjoyable and offer a good balance of socialization and structured training. She very clearly cares for each of the pups and their owners. Michelle went above and beyond for us. Our shy puppy went from being very scared to play with the other puppies to having the time of her life in a period of just a handful of classes. Michelle had great suggestions on resources and tools to help us and our dog.

His colleague, a young girl at the counter with him, missed all the cues: brought my own bag; laid it on the counter; neither attendant offered to bag my purchases. Small thing... but, hey, customer service, kids.
