Marita loves our dogs probably more than we do!.. When a proprietor has passion for what he/she does it shows... I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

We are truly devastated at the state in which our 7 year old, 5 pound, well maintained, long-haired, traditional-style Yorkshire terrier was left. The groomer Macy, after extremely clear + specific instructions that included to trim and NOT shave her body, and to only trim her long ponytail, completely butchered the groom. We asked that if the dog started to panic, to stop + let us know/bring her to the door and we would calm her. Macey proceeded to SHAVE OFF HER PONYTAIL & SHAVE HER BODY - then blamed the dog for her action, as the dog was “breathing heavy / had her own hair in her mouth” - We still do not understand the excuse. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR HER NEGLIGENCE. She blatantly disregard our requests. “Sorry” cannot help the situation or put the hair back on our dog’s head that took 7 YEARS to grow out & maintain. Our dog is now visibly uncomfortable and distressed. We are embarrassed for her. She is unrecognizable. We cannot put into words how upset we are :(

They nipped my pups paw with their clippers and when I complained in person they said that they won’t give a refund or help with the vet bill either and it was my fault because I didn’t inform them he was sensitive to clippers, first off I’ve never had this issue with him and second off I dropped him off at 12:30 and didn’t get a call to pick him up until after 3:45, which is absolutely ridiculous! I was worried because it was his first time there, I even went back to check on him and they told me he wasn’t ready yet and to come back in another hour . Horrible place and also the place smelt really bad of cat pee . Don’t recommend them nor will ever go to them again.

This was my first time boarding my dog, and I definitely won't be looking anywhere else. Jenny took amazing care or my dog fufilling all her needs and keeping her as the spoiled pup she is. Petcube cameras let you watch your dog anywhere assuring it's safety, i'm so glad I found this place!

Best dog groomer in Oakville. Great store of quality supplies and treats for dogs. Excellent, helpful customer service from people who love what they do. The only place I take my dogs, they LOVE to go to the groomer. Photo of one of them happy to be going to groomer.

Rosie is the best with my two boys. She grooms them, walks them and even board them when I'm away. Both dogs loves the way she cares for them especially the younger one. She has him spoiled rotten with her home made meals of chicken with rice and vegetables😄

Super store for pet supplies .All high end quality foods for your cat or dog .I have used their products for the past 5 years and cannot be happier with the results .The staff is very helpful ,knowledgeable and great to deal with . Recommend a visit to the store for your pet needs !!
