Alex is such a wonderful pet sitter! He is incredibly dependable and very professional. Our dogs love when he comes for his weekly visits. Would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for someone trustworthy to look after their pets.

Super friendly and helpful staff! My wife got her rabbit from here a long time ago and we recently adopted a cat as well. They take really good care of the animals and always make sure they are going to good homes that can take care of them; especially the ones with special needs. I always recommend this place to family and friends instead of getting from Kijiji or other sources.

They lost 2 cats and lied and may have possibly harmed the cats since they have a big dig who is caged in basement. They are not remorseful to the clients and instead crest fake reviews praising their business while trashing the customers who are distressed about loss of cats!! bEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

Claudine is wonderful! She takes time to bond with my dogs and really tries to do whats best for them. I really appreciate that. She did an amazing job on both my dogs :) i can tell she is truly passionate about her profession. A+ groomer !!!

Brought my puppy for his first grooming. I had had some disturbing nights pondering on the what ifs.. "what if he was distressed" "what if other dogs were distressed how woult that impact him" etc. My fears went out of the window as soon as we entered the property. My puppy was relaxed quickly making friends with other dogs and the groomers. Very pleased with the sevice. Took home a contented puppy. Thanks guys. Yuki and I look forward to making this our home. Would recommend Bitu.

Staff very helpful knowledge of products love for pets

The groomer, Isabella, is unprofessional and a horrible person. Super unfriendly and condescending. Practically got told off, she did not even want to meet my dog and flat out refused to groom my dog. I have asked other grooming salons and told them about how my dog is not the friendliest dog in town and has anxiety, but they will at least try. Nope, not for Isabella, she won't even try. So my advice would, don't even bother to get your dog groomed by her, unless your dog is already in 10/10 perfect condition. Also, she criticized my dog of being of old age, and that was one of her excuses not to groom my dog. LAME!

Their Ultra brand cat food is a good deal and my cats love it. This store is laid out nicely and isn't too busy either.

Our dog loves visiting Joanne and Deborah for his bimonthly spa day. Its a bit on the pricier side, but he is so excited to go and the play yard with the rest of the grooming batch each day lets him socialize some too.

JoAnne has been looking after my precious family member Princess for many years! She is reliable, kind, gentle and treats her like she is her own. Far exceeded my expectations! I'd highly recommend her!
