By far the best dog grooming studio in all of Markham if not the York Region! Susan is absolutely amazing, truly loves what she does, and treat our dogs with an unmatched kindness. Would recommend in a heartbeat, our dogs actually get excited when they see her! 5+ stars!

I have used Doreen’s service for about five times in two years , two weeks each time while I’m on vacation overseas. She communicates with me often on how my four Labs are doing and the house. I can count on her to come each day to take care of my dogs . It’s a piece of mind knowing they are in excellent care . Doreen is very friendly, easygoing and professional. If she sees that the dogs need or run out of something she has gone out to the pet store to get it. I have no problem in highly recommending her to anyone. Fantastic training if you are looking to achieve great obedience for your dog. Noticeable results in just weeks if you put in the time. Eric's techniques are very effective and always make sure that the owner is extremely positive. Listen and you will succeed, again if you put in the time.

My dog loves going to dogs and goodness for both grooming and day care. Damian grooms my standard poodle and does a fantastic job. My dog is extremely nervous and Damian has the patience and skillset to keep her comfortable and looking good.

When I first walked in I was pleased with how clean the facility was. I felt good about leaving my dog there unattended. But since we brought our puppy there a month ago, he has been limping and the vet can’t figure out why. When I picked him up he was separated from the other dogs, I was told he was “too loud and playful”. He is a 7 month old puppy, of course he’s playful! He came out with the WORST haircut I have ever seen, it was so uneven. With long hairs sticking out of his beard and one ear shorter than the other. I would never bring my dog back here, and if we discover any injuries I will definitely be following up.

I’ve been taking my dog Ginger here since 2014 and I’m extremelly pleased with the quality of service. I have moved to another city and still make the hour drive to take her to Hot Hounds. The owner has always been professional and treated my dog with a lot of TLC!! Highly recommend taking your bundle of joy here.
