Clean and well layed out store. Wish it was a little closer to home, but this is what you get when you live in a rural area.

I DO NOT recommend them at all completley dissatisfied with their level of professionalism. After they refused to help me after I had already paid it took me four months to get the WRONG amount of money back, after calling weekly to sometimes twice a week ( they don't answer their phones) so had to wait weeks at a time for a response to only get someone who did have a clue what was going on.
Candi Cares Professional Dog Grooming
477 O'Connell Rd, Peterborough, Ontario, K9J 4E1, Canada
Used Candi on recommendation of my neighbour. Did an awesome job. Exactly what I asked and dog was happy. Usually when he is groomed he scratches awhile for a few days afterwards. Maybe soap not rinsed properly? None of that with Candi. He looks and feels great. She genuinely cares and wants to do the best possible job.

We had a great experience with Ineke! I really appreciated the thought that went into detailed handouts and the fact that every time I had a question, I got an answer and an explanation instead of just a "because that is how it is."
Jen's Dog Grooming Salon
571 Erie St, Plympton-Wyoming, Ontario, N0N 1T0, Canada
I am very happy I stumbled upon Jenn's Dog Grooming. In need of a regular cat nail trimmer monthly, my regular place was closed for 3 weeks without notice or even notification. After repeated calls for an appointment (which is hard to get for a two minute job), I eventually went there only to find a much too small note saying "closed from-to" yet the answering machine only said "we're away from the phone currently and the mailbox was full...irresponsible business practice in my opinion.
Anyway back to Jenn. Although she's in Wyoming, a 10 minute drive, as opposed to two blocks away, I will definitely be returning to her regularly without a doubt. She requires no appointment (for a quick trim), I'm happy I will be able to pop in at my convenience, she only charges $5.00, did a very thorough job, my cat was calm and comfortable with her and she's a very friendly and just plain nice person.
I would highly recommend Jenn to anyone, cat or dog. 🙂
