Great person, great job

Since I posted my review (see below) several years ago, I have adopted two other dogs who I also take for grooming to Kim at Puppy Love Grooming. I just wanted to let everyone know once again that we are so happy with the excellent work that Kim does and would recommend her wholeheartedly for all the reasons mentioned in my original review. I have been going to Puppy Love Grooming for many, many years now and have been extremely satisfied with the great job that Kim does each and every time. The first time I took my "puppy" to Kim for grooming I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the salon, and that opinion has not changed after countless visits. Kim is very kind, caring and considerate of both her clients and their owners and always makes us feel welcome. It is obvious that she strives to create an environment that is as stress-free as possible for the dogs that she grooms. and she always aims to please. I also very much appreciate that Kim schedules her grooming appointments so that my puppy does not have to stay any longer than necessary. Her prices are very reasonable considerating the quality of service that she provides. Her standards are extremely high. My "puppy" is getting on in years now, but she is still excited to go for her next "salon treatment" and she always looks and smells great when she leaves. I have been very happy every time with the job that Kim does. It is obvious that she is very well-trained and has had years of experience grooming many different types of dogs. I also appreciate the helpful advice/tips that she offers on each visit, and my puppy really appreciates the doggy bone that she gets at the end of her stay. Kim is definately the best dog groomer I have ever had! Excellent service very pleasant

Very accommodating to my schedule and great customer service. My shy dog went right back with the staff and came back to me looking wonderful! Highly recommend!

They deal with large breed dogs. My Bella was totally pampered and at a great price!

I definitely won't be going there after reading comments that were very disturbing on a FB post. As a business they should have not commented so cruelly.

One of our favourite stores in Lethbridge! Nail trimming is only $5, there's great prices on fish as well as everything else they carry, and they have incredibly knowledgable staff. At the very least it's well worth a visit in just to say hi to the resident animals like Ramsey.

I take my 3 rabbits here to have their nails trimmed. Courteous and friendly staff. They are firm but gentle and quick with our bunnies.
