My girlfriend & I bought a fish aquarium pump from paws and klaws & the owner told us it worked fine, later on went home to try it just to figure out it did not work. Also you can tell how unprofessional this company is by the way they respond to customer reviews. Never going to pawz n klawz again.

Great timely service at a good price

First impressions were really good from the moment I drove up. Looks professional and inviting. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. All the dogs playing outside seem happy and well taken care of. The inside is adorable and decorated like a home. The kennels are really big and have an outdoor space as well. The dogs also get to play in groups for a couple of hours twice a day. My one peev is that when I asked if they would give my dog PB in her Kong as a snack, they said they would but when I picked her up, all her belongings were still in her bag unused/unopened. I also don't think they used her blanket I asked for them to put on her bed so she could have smells from home. Not a huge deal, but when paying above the average price for a kennel, I kind of expect that my directions are followed. Otherwise, great place and I felt comfortable dropping my dog off.

Stuff was friendly and helpful, store was nice and clean. There was a few questions they couldn't answer but they did answer what they could.

Seems to be a nice place only did a drop off for a friend . But I know they go there almost weekly so that should say something about them ...visually very appealing. never saw behind the scenes..so I can't say but I do know that Costas is a very happy 🐕 when he returns from his spa day.😛😜😝
