Simply an outstanding company with amazing products and awesome people!! I’ve been feeding my two terriers the raw food for 4 years (switched from kibble which was giving them issues) and various other animal-part “treats” 😜. I was absolutely impressed right from the start; quick customer service and quality product. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Back to Basics to everyone!!! 🐕💕

My kitty is 18 years old and a very long haired cat. Coleen has been shaving her with a Lion Cut for several years now. She does an excellent job and tells me that Kittyblob stays quiet and gives her no trouble. I would not take my Kittyblob to anyone else. Coleen is terrific with animals.

I've been shopping here for a couple of months now. The facility is large and spacious, with "accident stations" spread throughout. Their rewards program is actually worthwhile, and they don't give you a silly plastic card to carry around. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready with an answer. The parking lot is small, but I've never had an issue finding a spot. I've also never had an issue finding a product, they have great selection and a lot of items I've never seen anywhere else. They also have eco friendly, and organic products. And! Clothing that fits dogs breeds that are usually hard to buy for - like frenchies and sight hounds.

Great staff, unusual location, used to go here for all my amphibian/reptile pet food and accessory needs until mine passed away. They're quite passionate about reptile handling/breeding.

I have two dogs that I bring here to get their nails done. The older dog has always been difficult to do. In the past I've taken him to the vet because he needed three people to hold him. He has no problems at Green Dog. They used a dremel on his nails for the first time ever - I thought he would freak out but he didn't. It's been a positive experience for both my dogs and I'll stick with them. *Also, I've read the other reviews on here. I would never trust anyone who says "costed"'s opinion. Just saying'.
