Pet

The owner definitely knows her stuff, quick, efficient and both the cat and the dog came out happy!

No return policy! People should read these comments Before spending money here! Fish tanks are expensive and non returnable even if not used. Even though we should read the invoice.. No one stops to read the bill after paying. Especially for expensive items this store should post no returns exchange only at the cash register in big letters so that everybody sees it! Even though shops in Quebec are not obliged to refund a purchase it would give us the opportunity to purchase from shops that think enough of customer service that they will refund. Some places think more of customer service than others.

I founded bright, and spacious and Welcomeing for owners and dog.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff!

One of the few major pet stores that sell crickets. They have pretty much anything I've ever looked for.

Our ongoing experience with Graham through Bark Busters has been nothing short of amazing. We are first time dog owners and welcomed a 2 month old German Short Haired Pointer into our home about 4 months ago. We were having leadership issues as well as a bunch of other problems. I appreciate how timely Graham is in responding to questions/emails/phone calls (no matter how many questions you have, trust me I have asked more than my share). My husband recently went away on a business trip and our pup refused to listen to me. Graham helped me out more than he knows. On top of helping me through the problem, his encouragement really helped me to get through it. Puppies are no joke and Graham's expertise and training have made the experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend Graham, remember that he can show you/give you the tools you need, but YOU need to put in the time and work with your pet.

too crowded and not enough people to support the customers. If you have a question, you might wait for a long time!!!

Bon service

This is the place for pet supplies in the area. Excellent customer service, good selection of products and they have wonderful groomer on site. Nothing but good experiences since they opened.

Always had great service, and found whats needed

Even if u don't need anything to buy, u can go there and watch some beautiful birds, fish and cats
