Liz is amazing! So good with my dog Boba. My dog hated going to get groomed and it stressed him out for days after. My vet recommend All In One and now my little Boba is happy to get groomed. Liz truly is wonderful with him.

Great place to take your dog

Our long-haired Cavalier King Charles Spaniel went one-on-one with every burr plant in the area, at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. Jonna got us in right away and was great about preserving as much coat as she could while removing the hair that had to go. Des looks great. Thanks, Jonna!

The staff were very courteous, and helpful in finding what we were looking for. They were able.to identify services that we were asking about that they didn't offer and directed us to where it was offered. They also wore smiles unlike many other retail stores. The store was clean and was fronted and faced properly, and the decor was pleasant. Good job to all the staff at this location.

Always a nice visit for my dogs. They always come out looking amazing. Best part, as their hair grow out, they look even better not like other groomers where you have to go back every month to maintain a look.

I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled too after I picked up my little guy from his session yesterday at Chasin Tails. Today is Finn’s gotcha day, and it marks one year since we officially adopted him. Shortly after adopting Finn he became very anxious, fearful, and reactive to people, dogs, wind, rain, you name it, it scared him. The journey began, I did research, contacted trainers, tried many different behavior strategies and training techniques. Working full time I knew I needed to find something a little more intensive and that could provide more training than I could throughout the day. After searching for several months I came across the Chasin Tails ED.VANTAGE for Reactive Dogs program. Finn goes to the Chasin Tails centre for the entire day, to work on confidence building, reactivity to strangers and get the individual training he needs. This program has been a game changer for us. Lindsey and her training team got to know Finn, his triggers, his limits and have been able to work with him at his own pace. I get updates about his day, and get to celebrate his wins with people who are as excited about them as I am. Typically when I pick him up, he has to come out with Lindsay as that is who he is most comfortable with. On Tuesday Finn walked out confidently with a different trainer!!! I was so excited- this was definitely progress for him. I am looking forward to my first transfer session where the team will share their strategies and techniques so I can carry over their work at home!

My dog loves everyone that works here. Great product & people.

Occasionally, there is very little soap in the tri-color foam brush, or the bug-spray is so watered-down, it does absolutely nothing for the bugs on my truck. I appreciate the opening hours here, and good staff service, but I need a clean car when I leave.
