Love this store and the staff!!!! Excellent customer service

We take our two beagles to The Spoiled Pet Club, and have since they opened this business. That's our Hank on the top of their Facebook page and he's having fun. We also have another beagle Tara and she is 13 1/2. We have no complaints about the service and find everyone very friendly. Our dogs come home happy after a day in day care. We wouldn't leave either of our pets with someone we couldn't trust.

I took my rottweiler to Squeaky Clean Paws for grooming and boarding and couldn't be happier with both services. The grooming far exceeded experiences we have had at other local groomers and everything about the boarding helped us to relax about a service we need but were very nervous to try. I absolutely highly recommend them.

Love this place! I have three rescues - one is deaf. Whenever we pull up to the building they almost jump out of my vehicle from excitement. I really trust this place and their staff. It also helps that they've been super patient and helpful with Duke - my high-maintenance doberman. They are extremely accommodating to all of my dogs and their needs. Dogs come home happy and exhausted from all of the playtime. Thank you!

This is an exceptional pet store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always provide good service and advice. This store also carries things that I can't find anyplace else and the prices are reasonable.

More important than us liking this place our dog was very happy to walk in there, not nervous like at other groomers...we will definitely be regulars.

Airdrie Puppy Pals is Amazing! We did the puppy socialization class with our German Shepherd who is a lot bigger then the rest of the pups and a little more aggressive then the other pups - Nikki was so great and patient with our dog and was always willing to answer our questions regarding training at home or tips and tricks. We loved it so much we drove from South West Calgary!

I visit here almost everyday! Many of the staff are very helpful and most are very friendly! I really appreciate Robert, Justin, and Jamie. They help me with my fish! Larry is excellent and very knowledgeable! Love this place! 😊

Boarded my boys there for a couple of days and they were very well cared for. I was so pleased to see their photos on Facebook and could tell they were having a good time.

I called Brent to discuss options for my sweet Luna. He was extremely caring and patient with me as I figured out what I wanted for my baby. When I received her ashes back, I also received a card with condolences for my loss. I have one more kitty at home and when she eventually passes away, I will have her put into a matching urn. I had Luna done in the "cozy kitty" urn because it looked more like a statue than an urn. I will recommend Brent and his business to all my friends with fur babies. UPDATE: My precious Tango passed away about 6 months after my first review, and I once again received heartfelt condolences when her ashes came back home. Both of my cats are together again and I am at peace knowing they were taken care of so well. Thank you Brent. Your professionalism and kindness helped me through an otherwise difficult time.
