I have been going here for a nail trim for my dog and it has always been good to come. My dog gets a little anxious in there but they are always understanding and careful with her. 95% of the time the nails are cut quite short (not to damage anything) and quite well which is good. The only downside I have had was anytime I have had a "Gift Certificate" has always been an issue and the employee working at the time never seems to know how to apply it to my purchase or account. I was there yesterday and was told to bring in my gift certificate back for them to try to do it next time I am in which is a little inconvenient. Overall I like this business. :)

Don't leave your dogs here. Their website is nice but there's no pics of the actual facility for a reason. It's a run-down dump. I will always live with the guilt of not checking the facility out before I left my dogs there. They are both old, both small, both on meds. My dogs were only at this kennel 4 days and in that time they both lost weight, I don't think they were fed, I don't think they were given their meds either. My smallest guy, only 6.5lbs lost 2lbs in 4 days. He was so hungry he actually ate a small rock that he threw up. He caught a digestive infection while in there as well. He's been sick since I picked him up a week ago, been in vets care, he's too old and his little body won't recover. When I picked them up they were both lethargic and seemed weak. They were stuffed in a small cage and had probably spent the whole time in there. Honestly, this place is just horrible!

Love this store we go in to buy peanuts for the forest kids out back of our place. Ninja squirrel and his family are very happy with the peanuts and so are the blue jays and magpies and crows etc.

I have always enjoyed dealing with the staff at this facility. They have really improved the care and treatment of the animals over the years. The staff works hard to cooperate with the public, and I have taken several stray animals to them over the years.

I have taken my dog to Pampered Pets 2 times now and both times Theresa has done an amazing job! Being newer to Cochrane and with bad experience previously with groomers I’m really happy to have found a great groomer here!

The first 2 times I took my pups for their grooming I was happy with the results and felt comfortable taking them back. However, I pre-booked their last appointment 3 months in advance and when I took them in the salon was closed. I didn't receive a call or email notification and had also scheduled the morning off work to take them in. I emailed the salon a few days ago asking for an explanation and wanting to reschedule but have yet to receive a reply. The weather is getting warm and I'm now left scrambling to have my dogs groomed in time for the summer heat.

This is an amazing service. I won a gift certificate and was so pleased with the product and service, my dog loved the food, Imelda and Andrew are so great to work with - I will be continuing my service for sure!
