Great place for our dogs. Will differently be going back

Tracy knows what she is doing when it comes to cat grooming. (She is a certified groomer working from her lovely Elbow River home based shop). But more importantly she has a way with handling animals that seemed to work for my Rag doll Misty. The last groomer could not get to a lion cut as Misty was upset. She put a hood on her head and could not keep the cat from squirming and biting. Tracy's grooming skills enabled her to get my cat to behave for a full lion cut. I was shocked that Misty did not growl or even meow in protest. She squirmed a bit but otherwise participated. Thanks Tracy!

I can't say enough about my experience today. Despite the sadness of losing our very special family pet. The compassion, kindness and guidance that I recieved from Dave was exceptional! His therapy dogs Ben and Ollie added a very special touch. I highly recommend Atim Creek. Thanks Dave for caring and understanding the grieving process. Warmly, The Irwin Family

This is a great place to board your dogs. I have one dog that doesn’t get along with other dogs so they give her lots of private walks and people attention. My other dog gets on well with other dogs and he goes out to play with the daycare group. He gets a kong and they play with him also to make him feel at home. He is put in with my other dog when they are not out playing or walking in a good size space. They always send me updates and photos. They even ordered the food my dog needs without me having to ask as it was on file. The best way to tell that they treat my dogs well is the response my dogs give when we pull into the parking lot. They very excited and talkative and I can barley get out of the car without them trying to get past me. Their tails are walking the whole way in. They are very accommodating and helpful. Great for boarding and daycare. Highly recommend!!

My dogs favorite stop!

Best place to board! I have a Presa Canario who is sweet as can be but due to her almost pittbull appearance and cropped ears has constantly been judged the minute we walk in the door. I have tried other boarding in Edmonton with terrible experiences ..... 1 called demanding I remove my dog from the facility because the weekend worker was too scared of her to deal with her despite being in another province AND made me paid the full amount. Usually my dog had to be dragged or carried into boarding once we got to Awesome Pawesome she trotted in and out and gets beyond excited! Shan is kind and accomadating but MOST importantly great with dogs especially the big ones! Can't praise this place enough!

These people at The Groom Room are caring and loving to the 4 legged clients they serve. I would definitely take my dog there. 🙋

Way overpriced for the poor quality of apartments. No dishwasher, washer or dryer yet they charge the same for apartments that have them. Very low security, keys get stuck in the front door, entryway is always very dirty in the winter. Always smells like drugs, management is unprofessional and lacks simple math skills. Would not recommend.

Dog wash is an awesome feature and the staff are always friendly! Great assortment of dog treats.

We board our cats here every time we go away on holidays. The staff and faculties are great.

Very hardworking people. Good cause

** been 1 month since my review and no one has contacted me to rectify any of my issues ** I rent at the Spruce Grove location. Beautiful brand new apartments with hardwood floors. That’s about it. Can’t get a hold of any of the building managers, my emails constantly get ignored and the phone number provided is a toll free number so you aren’t even in contact with the people running the specific building you’re in. They enter your suite for inspections constantly, so when you have a question you can’t get a hold of anyone. Which is very inconvenient especially if you have a pet. If date doesn't work for you, they charge you a fee of $75.00 for to reschedule, even though they never even discussed if the date worked for you in the first place. When asking to reschedule with one of the building managers, I was met with rude responses as though it wasn't her problem, and "I signed the lease, so they can enter my apartment". You pay more money to rent here than most other apartments in spruce grove, and you 100% don't receive what you pay. In either customer service, or the building itself. I have asked for an alternative parking spot, as we drive a normal sized truck and the stall is incredibly tiny. Most times we are unable to park in our stall because there is a car on either side and the truck physically won’t fit. I don’t know why we are paying for a stall we can’t use? So far no one has even taken the time to reply to my request. It’s also incredibly hot with minimal air flow. Thank god they at least allow an air conditioner. Hallways constantly stink, or smell like smoke/marijuana. My bedroom window has been cracked since I moved in almost two years ago. Said they would fix it in a few weeks after I moved in, still hasn’t happened. I better not get charged for that when I move out because they “forgot”. There is ZERO hands capped parking stalls. My aunt is in a wheel chair and due to the zero accommodating stalls, she has to park in an area that technically isn’t a parking stall, just so she can get back in her van. My review was originally 4 stars as I was told I would get a rent reduction doing so, but this place isn't even worth my 1 star.
