This is the best pet store a small town could ask for. It is mostly family run, and they can get almost anything you ask for. The prices are the lowest I've ever seen in a pet store, they have high quality creatures, and if they don't know the answer to you question (ex. About care of the reptile you own) they will tell you point blank they don't know and wil then find out the answer.

I was in the store yesterday with my mom, I wanted to buy some cookies for my dog Ellie. They looked so amazing! But, the older taller lady with grey hair to her shoulders didn't even say hi, and failed to ask someone else to help us out as we waited at the cookie counter for more than 5 mins. As we waited as she talked forever to this one couple about getting a harness for a new puppy. She needs to work on her multi serving skills because there was another customer in the store too getting the poor client service as well. I'm from Calgary and I love the dog park there, it would be cool to stop by for treat for my dog. I recommend not coming here.

Accommodating, clean, well priced. Dog seemed happy. Great option for visitors that can't take their dog for the day. Definitely an option for future travels.

The only car wash in town that I could actually find. And it was good, its a wand wash but its a drive through bay so if the person ahead of you is taking a lot longer you might have to wait for them to be finished before you can leave.

We just finished a weekend in Banff with two different sitters from this company and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. This was the first time as a new mom I left my baby with someone other than family (he is 9 months) so I was a little nervous but all of that was quickly put aside once I spoke to Jess and met our sitter Emma. Seriously the sweetest babysitter I was able to leave and enjoy the wedding we were there to attend. Can’t recommend this company and their sitters enough.

LOVE my PJ’s I purchased last Christmas. Super comfortable and I love the style.

My dog had been traumatized at another groomer. Took him in here and it was a totally different atmosphere. And she came out and trimmed my other two dogs nails and he had never had thay done before. She is so good and cateful arpund tge dogs. Amazing

We stopped by to get some info on trees for our backyard. A lady named Tara was very knowledgeable and devoted time to helping us understand what we were getting ourselves into. Very happy with the service and will be back for the trees!
