Love this store and the staff

Went to Big Al's to set up the family fish tank. The knowledge of the staff there is top notch. After establishing the tank, we went to a big box pretty store that was closer to where we live. Having been back to Big Al's recently to get another fish, I'm convinced their selection and expertise are the best in the area.

Great groomers. My dogs love going for their "spa day".

STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND KIND. FACILITY IS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. WILL RETURN FOR FUTURE BOARDING NEEDS.

Love this place! It's like a mini Pet Smart but Canadian....friendly and knowledgeable staff and great selection of pet foods!

Knowledgeable staff and supply whatever you need to maintain your pond.

Manager or owner, unsure, was very helpful in serving me as a new customer. Going to be changing foods and will take the advice of the manager. Currently trying out a new product for my dog. See photo
