Pet

Groomed my long haired cat. Fast, professional, great price and great job. Thank you. Cat is pretty happy too!

Love the quality of her stuff, unfortunately she is unreliable for online orders. I tried to order at Christmas but she was more interested in going away on vacay then fulfilling orders, so I received my $200+ order after Christmas. Decided to try again, when she posted a sale in February, to purchase a new collar for my growing puppy. It’s March, she hasn’t sent out the collar despite being contacted. It’s been over 30 days, just asked her to cancel my order. If you happen to stumble across some of her products available for purchase in-store feel confident to buy them but DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE!! Quality is good but she is not reliable.

This store is wonderful and the family that owns it is even more wonderful! ❤

Always a friendly happy experience for both of us!! Prince & Jules

My dog Rocky had been going through some odd behaviour, exhibiting fear and not being his normal self prior to sending him to the Dog Ranch so I was very concerned about him but really hoping some dog time would help him get over what he was going through. I was an annoying customer and emailed a few times to see how he was doing and they always greeted me with positivity and happily gave me an update. They also post pictures on their Facebook page so you can see what they are up to. When my dog was delivered back to me, he was trying to get back in the van with his new friends and since has been acting more like his old self and playing with dogs at the park and enjoying himself again. I found it quite expensive but The facility and activities here are great - this isn't a dingy kennel where your dog is trapped and alone. They are well taken care of, exercised, socialized and loved. My pup came back tired and calm and I'm so glad I sent him. I would be happy to send him back here anytime and know he will be in good hands.

Best prices for Acana on the coast! !

Very helpful & good selection

Great store, love Rene, well stocked. Five paws from our dog, too. Rene is a great guy and one of the outstanding characters of this mall. He gives the Caulfield Shopping Center a homey feel.

Come wash your dog!

The staffs are very friendly, told me lots of pet’s knowledge. Also they have plenty of pet foods!

Amazing service, they know more about my cats than I do!

Bosley’s by pet Valu is a nice store and has a great location ( it’s just a short walk from my house ) . Most of their employees are super helpful and friendly except for one of them but I won’t let that stop me from going there ( I will just make sure that person is not there when I go ) . I usually find everything I’m looking for when I go there .

Great knowledgeable staff with a smile on their faces.

Great staff and service. Rent the Birdhouse or Trailview Lodge in Golden BC for your next adventure

Friendly staff. Great selection. Very clean.

Great place and host! Stayed at unit 37. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
