These guys are incredible!!! I called them late this morning with a time critical surprise need for a pump-out and official inspection that we found out at the 11th hour was required by the mortgage bank. Closing was in danger of being delayed (and possibly the whole sale could have fallen through). Sarah (office manager) and John (owner and inspector) rearranged their schedule and did the work that afternoon! I got the report by close of business, and our house sale was saved!!!! These guys are fantastic! They can not only do pump-outs, but also they are licensed by the state to do official septic inspections, and they also install and repair septic systems. I am an instant huge fan!!!!

We had an emergency at my mother in laws house. She was on her way home from down south when we found that her furnace had quit. Tim and his crew responded within a day. They had the old furnace out and the new one is installed and will be running before she's home. Thank you so much for saving the day!

We had an emergency electrical situation that required immediate attention. We called Martin's at 4:30 pm, Wednesday. They confirmed an appointment by 5:00 that same afternoon for 8:00 the next morning - Thursday. Promptly @ 8:00 that next morning the contractor arrived, assessed the situation, did an excellent job of fixing the issue and was done by 9:00. The best part of the story is that our cottage is on Keuka Lake -- the Bluff. No one ever wants to come out to the Bluff to work. They were, not only professional, courteous and personable, but they also took time to explain the workings of their Company. Kudos to Martin's -- we will highly recommend to any and all friends and neighbors. By the way -- they are plumbing contractors too!

We had a cooling issue at our lake house while a renter was there. Coutlee responded within an hour, then diagnosed and fixed the problem. The renter called to thank us, and said what a nice job and how friendly Coutlee's tech was when he arrived.

I can honestly say they did a great job on install. Neat, tidy and looked professional. They were slow, took them 3 days to put in a furnace but i was in no hurry, and Marv did a great install. However, the government rebate of $250 took a year to get because Rick the owner couldnt figure out how to do it so i had to make alot of calls and fax my info to the rebate people myself. Very unfortunate because i was really happy with install. Also, when i got the bill it says at the bottom you have 30 days to pay but Rick called me 5 times in 7 days wondering where money was. Oh well...great job but just wanted to say this may haunt you too😀

Great people to work with!

Randy and his crew came over within an hour on a weekend. All my pipes were clogged in the main drain. Within 30 minutes they were cleared. He was friendly and reasonably priced. I found it really respectable that he taught me a few tips to avoid clogs in the future as well. Stand up guy, would recommend him above all others in the area.

The employees of this store are always friendly and happy to help. This is the best hardware store around, large or small.
