Very quick to give an estimate and do the repairs. He was one of three estimates. He was not the cheapest but his estimate was the best is how he corrected my problem, doing the job without tearing up my yard and sidewalk. Finished when he said he would and the charged me less than estimate because it was not as much work as expected. Can't get any better than that!
