This company is run by one master plumber , Mark. If you want your job done well and complete then this is the right place to go. While the work may be not be the cheapest it is very probably the best.

We realized this morning that the sump pump in the basement was not working properly, constantly running and hot, so began calling plumbing contractors in the Mentor area. After calling 4 different companies and leaving voicemails for them all stating needed services ASAP, only hearing back from 1 of them by the end of the same day, finally called Thrifty Plumbing and Harry actually answered the phone and listened to our needs then was at our house about an hour later to inspect the sump pump determining it was bad and immediately installed a new one. His pricing was competitive, very professional and reliable. We are new to the area and didn't have a plumber as no need until today, BUT now we have a plumber to call!! There's was the best service our household has ever received. Josh and his team were friendly, sensitive, and thorough. The work they did was quick and clean, and they respected our household and family space more than even needed. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or with the manner in which they conducted themselves for the two days they were here working. This is an excellent company with high quality people working for it. They turned what could have been a very stressful time into a positive experience for all involved. Great experience for buying a new Furnace/ AC. John is extremely knowledgeable and made every effort to get it scheduled and installed in a timely manner. The technicians that installed it were very courteous and kept the installation neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend Falso to anyone looking for a new heating/ cooling unit.

Vescera owner saved me from a serious repair. I searched big stores and the salesmen have no clue. Though he cannot get the part, he dismantled the important part and advised me to install. It worked wonderful. I will recommend this store by all means. He saved me couple of hundred dollars.
