Had Buchanan Plumbing out 9-6-2016. Excellent service! Very nice professional.

This company has provided poor service. My 71 year old mother called Ciro's for some Plumbing issues on Monday June 27th 2016, they sent a person out to look and possibly snake the drain, $80 later told her they have to come back with a camera and don't use any water or indoor plumbing. Came back out on Thursday June 30th 2016 charged another $200 to run a camera through and tell her they couldn't see anything because there's water in the pipe. Told her they will contact her when they can discuss further repairs, meanwhile don't use any indoor plumbing or water. Today July 1st 2016, Ciro's contacted my mother and told her that they could not come out to DISCUSS NOT PERFORM repairs until the 18th of July 2016. She paid them up front for the diagnosis and still does not know what needs to be done to repair her sewer problem. They did not offer her her money back after they said they couldn't discuss repairs until the 18th at the earliest. They told her to contact someone else if she couldn't wait that long. Could you wait 3 weeks for indoor plumbing? She is 71 and my disabled brother lives in the house as well she expressed this concern to the gentleman that came out and he Shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you, contact somebody else to do the repairs if you can't wait and still took her $280 and left. No one is unfairly judging this company these are the facts! How can you take people's money and not even offer them a solution. That is horrible!

A J Parker Plumbing & Heating handled the water main leak in my condo with professionalism and understanding. I had issues with my condo association shutting off water outside my condo. AJ Parker was very responsive when the condo association was finally able to get the water turned off. Thier estimate was accurate. I will recommend them to family and friends.

A great local plumbing supply store! They have everything you need for your plumbing project at reasonable prices. I was very pleased with their helpfulness too. The person working with us helped us figure out exactly what we needed to get the job done, and helped us avoid going overboard purchasing materials we didn't really need.

Whenever I have had plumbing problems, the team has been quick to respond. They are courteous and keep you informed of their progress. My recent problems with the water pump were repaired promptly especially considering the local area was troubled by flooding and storm outages. When you have plumbing problems call Tom Sullivan.

I had a big plumbing company come out and not fix my issue. Called jim and he got everything working again. His prices are fair and definitely will have him back out to do more work.
