It was such a worry when our recently installed new furnace failed to come on after a lightning storm and brief power outage. It didn't seem possible that such a thing could happen and we thought it was just a fluke. But, when it happened again, McCrea's Climate Care immediately dispatched a technician to check it out. Many thanks to Mike for the time he spent checking all the circuits and connections, replacing the mother board, and installing a new thermostat. We agreed to continue monitoring the furnace function during future electrical storms and/or hydro outages and to advise of problems, if any. Well, surprise surprise, we had another storm with a power outage overnight! We knew you'd be interested to know how the furnace performed so we checked the diagnostic fault code indicator and found the Slow Green flashes! It was a very encouraging sight indeed since the furnace was ready for normal operation! Please relay our appreciation to Mike for his expert work and sound advice. We are most pleased to be protected with such good warrantees on McCrea's Climate Care products and we truly appreciate McCrea's prompt and knowledgeable service, including your follow-up calls.
