Heil furnace installed 3 years ago by a business in Rochester New York. High heat advisory code 126 coming since than. They came and said nothing wrong with it. four furnace repairmen could not fix the problem. I called Gene Kring to repair, from Redwood New York He came and checked wiring, took pics of settings. He called Carrier maker of the furnace. They told him it needed more air intake. He returned and installed another intake on the plenum. Problem solved. I recommend him highly, good work, and affordable.

I was out of town but asked Moody Plumbing come out to repair a leaky 2" PVC union on my pool pump recirculation system. They could not figure out how to replace it. So they cut the union out and temporarily installed a rubber sleeve secured by band clamps as a "patch". They then proceeded to charge us $595.00 on the spot! My wife was home and knows nothing about plumbing so she paid them. When I got home and saw what they did and what they charged I was furious. After leaving a message about wanting to discuss they quality of the work and the charges, they called me back on a Monday. The office person said Mr. Moody authorized only invoicing me $150.00. I was ok with that and told her to tell Moody I appreciated it. Then Moody simply refunded $150. Not what I was told and there was NO misinterpretation on my part. When we followed up, they denied saying the total invoice would be $150, but instead said they would refund $150. So, now I have paid $450 for a botched plumbing job that still needs properly repaired and when they said they would make it right they reneged. Folks, I am not a stranger to plumbing and frankly I could have done what they did for $20 and 30-45 mins of my time. Yep that pic I posted originally cost me $595 and was reduced to $450. Shameful. Buyer Beware with this outfit! You now know the facts of my experience. If you need a plumber... look elsewhere.. you will be glad you did. David S.

This company is very good. They find the problem and fix it. They are very polite and work very hard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our insurance company sent Mark to our home for a leak in the basement. He could not figure out where it was coming from I told him I saw water coming from under the furnace (we are 1st time home owners and do not have experience yet with certain things) Not once did he check the furnace. My tenant downstairs let him in on another visit to look for the leak again I came downstairs because I hear loud noises and found him cutting a hole in my newly renovated downstairs washroom and he had the baseboard off. He left that day with nothing done. He finally gave up and sent in Justin (who did great, to bad he wasn't sent to us the first time) within 5 min Justin found the problem. The furnace pump was unplugged (like I said I didn't even know there was a pump lol) we were happy the problem was solved. After weeks of not hearing back from Mark my husband called and asked when he was going to fix the wall since we never gave him permission to cut it open and he left it a mess. He laughed at us and made it very clear if he knew it was us calling he never would have called us back. He flat out refused to do anything about the wall. So now we have to fix the wall that he never was given permission to cut open. If he listened to me and checked the furnace the 1st time he was here it would have been a simple fix. Throughout this process Mark was hard to get ahold of and gave attitude. He would say he was coming and not show up. We have the phone call recorded as proof. Warning to anyone looking do not use this company. I am very upset and dissatisfied with Marks work and attitude.

I wish I could give more stars!!! Answered my request for service within minutes, came out to my house within the scheduled time and fixed my drain in minutes!!! The price was fair as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to family and friends when looking a plumbing job. Can't forget about the technician! This guy was a true professional, even gave me advice on how to treat my drain for the future to prevent clogs!!! All around a great experience.

I do not recommend their service solely based on their prices. A quote of $110/hour was given for 2 workers. Only 4 hours of work was needed however I was charged for 6 hours due to TRAVEL TIME, within the same city. I complained that this was never mentioned when a price was negotiated. The owner didn't seem to care and indicated that it was common. A charge of $220.00 for a maximum of an hour of driving, if that. I am completely disappointed with the owner of this company.

Helpful and gave us samples to take away with us.
