0 Stars. Just called for service and the gentleman who answered the phone responded to my introduction and inquiry on how he was doing with "good don't call again" and hung up.

I have used Laszlo's on more then one occasion and they installed my father's boiler and we have no complaints and can say they have always done quality work at a reasonable price for us.

Always prompt and efficient. Explains options. Clean, polite. Professional.

I had a problem with my water heater. I called Partrick Plumbing for service, and was able to get a new water heater installed and had hot water back in service within a few hours. Very professional, honest, and friendly service with an extremely reasonable price. I would definitely reccommend this company, and plan to use them for any other problems I encounter. Thanks!

Grossi Plumbing is the most unprofessional and unreliable firm I have ever dealt with. Their “installation” of my new Bosch dishwasher was a disaster. Worse still, the firm never acknowledged its errors, never rectified the installation problem, and never offered me a refund or any compensation. I wanted to take Grossi Plumbing to Small Claims Court for beach of contract, but I was moving out-of-province. Instead, at the age of 66 - a retired senior citizen receiving the Guaranteed Income Supplement - I spent a month picketing outside their Talbot Street office. I thought a public shaming would make a difference. It did not. They had my money. Once in their pocket, they ran. He came wit;hin a few hours of calling and efficiently and effectively unplugged our drain. He even gave us hints on how to keep it free flowing. His rates were reasonable and he was very honest. The ideal plumber! Would strongly recommend him.

I called Mr. Hall to fix a leak in my toilet that was dripping into the basement. He arrived at 7pm on a Friday, replaced a wax ring and charged me $300 and told me that it was still dripping and he would have to come back on Monday to finish the job. He had me sign a bill and told me that he was going to break the bill down into two separate jobs, although the toilet was still leaking and the job was unfinished. I paid him and gave him a deposit he said he would need for materials. He came back on Monday and when he arrived he could not physically walk up the steps into my house, he grabbed a coat hanger that was drilled into wood studs and pulled it out of the wall leaving two holes in the wall so that he could enter the house and never said anything to me about it.. just set it on my kitchen counter for me to find when he was gone. It took him and his apprentice 5 hours to finish the job and he charged me $109 per hour to replace the 3 inches of PVC pipe and then handed me a second bill of $650....it cost me $900 to have Mr. Hall and his apprentice fix the toilet and when he left my bathroom was stained with sewage that i cannot scrub off, the bathroom and kitchen still smell awful. The pipe in the basement is still leaking and he said that he would require another deposit to fix that job. They left plastic shavings on the floor of my kitchen from sawing the PVC pipes. Mr. Hall was the plumber for this house for the past 10 years and I will never use him again.

Discriminated.. Called to get estimate and overheard boss talking to employee "they can't afford it, just go and look at it, then just leave" they never gave a call back for the estimated price. Horrible service. Will never call for anything again. Felt offended
