After 8 years in our home, our 50 gallon hot water heater started leaking over the weekend. I started calling around on Monday morning. I did get several estimates, most of which were higher than these guys. I called them on Monday around noon and they had a plumber here to replace it within 24 hours. They were competitive on the price and they were fantastic with service. They even called today to follow up with me. Wonderful experience.

Called at 12:15pm and they had a guy here and completed a sewer snake job by 1:30pm. To be fair they did have a cancellation and were able to fit me in earlier than my expected ETA, but had great communication with a fast response time. Their tech Anthony was really efficient and personable. Great job! Would recommend.

These guys are great and professional. I had a sewer pipe issue dripping in the basement which came to be a hole rusted in the pipe causing the dripping. They knew exactly how to handle the situation with no hesitation. Great Job on their part. Reliable, professional and very personable. I referred them to my sister who too was very happy with their work. Now they have been referred to yet another friend! Thanks guys!

I had sewage coming up a floor drain in the basement. Roto Rooter promptly sent a technician with camera snake. Unfortunately that did not clear the blockage under the street but not quite at the city’s main line. After dealing with the city they flushed their main line which caused a bigger back up in our bacement. So round 2 with Roto Rooter to do the high pressure flushing of our line to the street. Brian (our awesome Plummer) was able to clear the blockage. Since we had significant amounts of backed up nastiness we also hired Roto Rooter’s water damage and restoration crew. Rob was very sympathetic to our situation and assured me they could clean it and dry it all out. The Service manager also came out to observe and help. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. I also need to mention, we had significant snow each day we had Roto Rooter employees come to the house. They were conscientious about tracking snow and salt into the house. Even though the roads were bad, they still kept their appointments.

We needed a plumber for an emergency and we had George come assist us with a leak and even did our water restoration

Royal flush was timely, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable! He worked with me, had a plan, knew exactly what to do and gave me options that met my budget! A++! Highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber-we won’t go anywhere else!
