One of the coldest days of the year and our sewer line froze. Called McDonald Plumbing based upon reviews and a technician was at our house within a few hours. To be honest, I assumed it would take longer knowing how many people would be having problems based upon the brutally cold temperatures. Ross showed up and was able to resolve the problem :) Technician was friendly, answered questions and did his best to maintain a clean environment.
