Plumbing

December 12, 2014 sink, taps for the sink and bath tub and the kit for a tub was ordered. April 3, 2015 - my bath tub is finally useable. I regret purchasing from this company - it was one frustrating experience after another. First the wrong sink was ordered. Then there was a missing bolt for the bath kit Then the bar for the tub was not adjustable so we had to order another part and then jury rig the parts.. Finally the hand set wouldn't operate directly from the taps - again another 'jury rig' was done. The staff were friendly and tried their best but they were not experienced enough to order the correct parts. Previous staff , who no longer work there, were amazing and gave us so much valuable information. This is why we returned to the company. We will not be going back again.

Dependable and good service. Will rely on him for future projects.

Johnstone Plumbing has performed repairs to my kitchen and bathroom. Service was on time, efficient, and cost effective.

We've used this company 3 times over the years. We have been very impressed with the fast service, and mostly because he is honest and suggests the least expensive repair for our problems.

Once again, spur of the moment, on a weekend a call to Welk Electric has saved our day! This time, our plumbing wanted to come in rather than flow out. Within an hour, a qualified plumber was here and looked after everything! We would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the Valley who is needing help with plumbing, electrical or heating. They are an awesome company with a strong focus on customer service.

Morgan at Lalande troubleshot a pressure tank problem for me today. He was extremely helpful and saved me a ton of grief. Lalande is now my go to plumber in the Napanee area. First rate customer service. Thank you.

Surly, rude and lacking people-skills like I’ve never seen before. Charged us $85 for a five minute visit to our place and we have no running water. I’m stunned.
