This is by far the best company in Northeast Ohio. I am not new to owning a home and have been through my fair share of services. I have a high level of expectation for both a company and their employees. I do not accept subpar performances by either. The staff is more than accomodating to any emergency/unique situation. They are knowledgeable and work very quickly to provide exactly what you need. Their pricing is more than fair and their quality of work exceeds my expectations. Every single technician that has been in my home has done the most exceptional work. I have had an R.O. System installed as well as 2 filter changes, a sump pump replaced, and a major gas leak repaired. The extensive amount of work on my home has been overwhelming and having their compassion makes all of the difference. Both my husband and I have each been alone with them while work was being done and are more than comfortable with any them in our home taking good care of us. Any person home alone having work done should be 100% safe at all times. I do NOT write recommendations for ANY company that has sent questionable people to my home. Bill spent an entire day here in the freezing cold to fix our gas leak and stayed with us to make sure we were ok until our gas company confirmed they would turn our heat back on. He made himself available to us that evening in case of an emergency. He called me the next morning and made sure we were ok. I highly recommend Pompeii to everyone. Quality people doing quality work.

Dealing with this company, for years, has always been a positive experience. Mr. Maiolo is a professional and completes all work with the utmost efficiency. No matter what time of the day or night, he makes himself available in dealing with heating and cooling problems. A great company!

We discovered Sunday morning that our sump pump broke during the night. We called roto rooter and the sump pump was replaced by 9:30 a.m. by the plumber, A.J. Karder. He was very polite and efficient.

Called Cut Rate Plumbing immediately after realizing that my basement was flooded. There was no answer, so I left a message. I never received a call back, so I called back myself the next morning at 10, and was told that he would be there by 2pm. He never showed up to my house, and I never received a call. I called about two hours later to see where he was, and was told that he would be to my house in 45 minutes. Again, he never came to my house, and I never received a call from him. I then called back AGAIN, and told him to forget about it, and to just come tomorrow instead after having two days already wasted waiting for him to arrive when he said he would. He did not come to my house the next day, nor did he call. He also stopped responding to my phone calls, and I have not heard from him since. I tried really hard to stay with this company because my pipes were under warranty, (which I'm sure contributed to why they didn't care to come out to fix them) but in the future I will NEVER contact a company with as terrible service as this one. To every person considering using this company..... DON'T. Take your business to a company that will actually help you out. They are the worst company I have ever tried to contact, and from looking at other reviews, it looks like everyone shares similar stories about their terrible service. 1 star is way too many for this absolutely terrible company.

These guys are running a great, family owned, company. They were very helpful to me in a time of need regarding a sewer issue from the house to the street, and I would HIGHLY recommend them... top notch! They will be my go-to plumber henceforth.

Made appointment for new sink and plumbing two weeks prior to install date. Showed up 1 week early. Said they were sorry see ya next week. Called morning of install - told would be there between 11:00 and 12:30. No show - called back - reception hung up on me. Called back again - again was hung up and told they were busy! Was a 30 year customer with them. Not any more!

Curt is fair, reasonable, and shows his knowledge and experience in the field. He is very punctual, clean, good work ethic, and gives recommendations to keep well systems running great for years. Highly recommended!!

We had a great experience this week with Roto Rooter! Our plumber was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of our home. He kept me very informed, wasn’t pushy, and fixed our kitchen sink and toilet. I would definitely use them and the plumber, Rene, again!

I called to find a replacement for a very old light. They said they would call back, and they DID!!!! And then he said it wasn't exactly the same so he was going to talk to a few electricians and call me back. AND HE DID CALL ME BACK!!! I cannot remember the last time somebody took the time to find the right $16.00 part. AMAZING. Good Job Guys!!!

We had a great experience with Arctic bear and Phil their repairman. The office called that morning to let us know Phil may be a little late due to an emergency - he was still on time! The call was unexpected and they get 5 stars for customer service for that. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions without rushing and with great expertise. Highly recommend!
